‪Operator refused to run the tour. They said the wineries couldn't accommodate but they were still selling the tour online. Just a scam to take money.
Had to contact Viator to get refund‬

‪Amazing tour! Great overview of Casablanca Valley and Chilean wine. Each of the 3 vineyard stops is unique and has its own specialty. Great views and worth the price tag :)‬

‪Pros: Pick up was prompt. Tour guide was knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Lagoon was beautiful. The chicken stew at lunch was delicious.
Cons: This was a LOT of driving, especially with heavy traffic in the morning. Winery was one white and one red, which were good, but the experience didn’t live up to any wine tasting I’ve done in the past. Lunch was incredibly slow (almost 2 hours) in which not everyone even got food and the majority of the food was just ok.
I would not do this tour again, but it was nice to see some different parts of Chile.‬

We thank you for this feedback. 1. According to the driving : it was a long day since the international road was closed for few days due to bad weather at high mountain (Winter Season 9 thousand feet). Meaning there was traffic from Chile to Argentinda and from Argentina to Chile. And the date you booked this tour was post NATIONAL HOLIDAYS IN CHILE long weekend people getting back from the national chilean holidays. 2. Wine Tasting - This tour offers a wine tasting at the gardens of San Esteban winery. family owned winery meaning very calm and relax. With the best view of the Vines and Andes Mountains. The guide itself offers the wine tasting setting up a beautiful table. Where also you may purchase wine as well. 3. Lunch Stop - In winter season we stop at a local chilean restaurante. This was a complicated day due to the reason mentioned before. Thousands of people getting back from our holidays . Important to consider a mountain tour in the middle of winter . Where there is much snow and the lagoon is a ski center. Each season of the year gives us a different experience and the expectations are different. we thank this opportunity to cleariffy very important points of a winter season tour.

‪Great Service and an Enjoyable Day‬

‪We booked this trip last minute as something to do on a gloomy day, and we're really glad we did. While the wineries were mostly great, the sparkling wine stop didn't quite suit our taste. Benjamin, our guide, was friendly and informative, and gave us plenty of time to explore each winery with ample warning time before we had to leave. Alexandra, our coordinator, was outstanding. She made sure we were able to take the tour on my birthday and surprised us with a delightful bottle of wine as a gift, which we enjoyed at our hotel. Overall, it was a memorable experience with excellent service.‬

‪The driver Jorge was fantastic, as well as our guide Daniel. Unfortunately the vineyard was closed due to bank holiday but it was worth the trip regardless. ‬

‪The tour was super fun! The wineries were amazing with beautiful views!

Benjamin our tour guide and Ricardo our driver were both super friendly and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. They both spoke Spanish and English and were inclusive of everyone.

Benjamin was very knowledgeable about the wines, grapes etc.

I highly recommend this tour! It was a great tour and a great way to spend the day.‬

‪Nos cancelaron el viaje por cierre de la carretera, nos ofrecieron otras opciones, fuimos a farellones, muy lindo, pero la devolución de la diferencia no fue lo acordado! Aún me deben dinero‬

Buenos dias de acuerdo a este feedback. El camino hacia la Laguna del Inca si estaba cerrada debido a malas condiciones climaticas debido a la cantidad de nieve caida . Las autoridades informar atraves de medios oficiales y serios sobre el cierre o apertura de este. Esos dias que usted reservo este passeio en pleno invierno la cual es incierta las condiciones climaticas a 3mil metro de altura. En estos casos se les da diferentes opciones. CAMBIAR FECHA - TOUR ALTERNATIVO O FULL REFUND. En su caso usted tomo la opcion de tour alternativo para ese dia la cual disfruto bastante. Sobre la diferencia de valor de ambos VIATOR TRIPADVISOR es quien se comunica y le realiza el reembolso correspondiente a la moneda la cual fue realizado el pago. Nosotros como agencia le comunciamos esto que debia ver su caso directamente con ellos ya que los pagos se realizan atraves de Viator. Y ellos son serios por ende recomendamos revisar bien su estado. Gracias

‪Very good travel company. Things were weird due to bad conditions and road closures, but they kept us up to date on changes and worked with us to make sure we had a great experience.‬

‪A fabulous day out sampling Chiles finest wines in beautiful vineyards Our guide Hector was fabulous, very knowledgeable and nice and conducted the tour in both English and Spanish Each winery took the time to introduce tgere wines and show us how they are produced I have been in a few wine tours over the years but this one was the best by far ‬

‪Kudos to the tour company Itso e Chilé ‬
‪Really enjoyed the Casablanca Valley winery tour with Itso e Chilé. Everything was organized very well from the hotel pickup to the winery selections. Our flight into Santiago was delayed but the tour company (Itso e Chilé) worked with us to make sure we were on the tour with no issues. ‬
