J’y suis allée à plusieurs reprises sans succès, j’ai même essayé de soudoyer une sœur qui tient un mini étal sur le côté du monastère, rien à faire ! Dommage

ubicado en el centro de la ciudad el mueso de la Conseptas mantiene un monasterio en el que se pueden observar los nichos y tumbas de las madres conceptas, obras de arte y parte de la historia de cuenca, junto al mueso podras saborear dulces que elaboran las madres y su agua de piti-mas , un te de flores muy bueno

It doesn’t look like much behind the solid white wall of stucco, but once inside, it surprised us with an interesting display of how life was for nuns. A self-guided tour through two floors was eye opening for those women who dedicated their lives to Christ. We especially liked the elaborate nativity scenes. The place needs funds to maintain the upkeep, so do add this to your list of places to visit. It is worth t.

I wouldn't call this a "must," but it is a fascinating place to visit if you're interested in historical things.

Nos gusto mucho la visita guiada, la guia tenia mucho conocimiento y fue muy amable. El museo esta en buen estado y es interesante.

Also a must visit in Cuenca. This 400 plus years old building its very well preserved and you can imagine how the nuns had to be living there.

Un peu cher toutefois 3,5 $, mais visite du musée intéressante même si beaucoup de choses indiquées ne sont qu'en espagnol...en anglais cela serait bien.
L'église est fermée donc on ne l'a voit qu' à travers des barreaux pas très bien !

Though O had visited before, I come back always with pleasure.
The building is a testimony of the past but also a view of nuns life still present just on the other side of its building walls.
We will get familiar of monastic life but also see many interesting objects, not only religious ones.

Interessante museu localizado numa área pertencente ao convento que ainda existe. Tem um claustro ajardinado, várias salas onde estão expostas obras de arte religiosas, assim como altares e objectos pessoais (bonitas arcas onde guardavam os seus pertences), um exemplo dum quarto de freira, cozinha e lavandaria. Há uma curiosa sala com brinquedos antigos.
