Simply amazing. Well organised, great music, clean waters, range of things to do from snorkelling to jumping off the boat. the staff was very responsive, picked up from the hotel and dropped off back to the hotel. Was a fantastic day. Worth mentioning it was full 4 hours at the Cloud 9, about 6-7 hours all up with the transfers and boat rides.

Really enjoyed this tour and great value for money considering it includes bus pick up/drop off, boat ride, snorkelling gear and 60 FJD bar tab. Definitely recommend this tour!

Had the most amazing time. The water is so clear and there are lots of friendly reef fish around. We got to swim with a turtle which was such a beautiful experience. Thanks to all the staff that made us amazing drinks all day - thanks for the amazing wood oven pizza!
The boat transfer from Denarau was bout 45 mins and was not rocky at all, so people sensitive to sea sickness do not need to worry. The bar only takes card so do not bring cash. If you want sun then head to the roof and get a deck chair. There are snorkels onboard free to use however they are limited to grab one quick if you need to borrow one.
Would 100% come back and did not want to leave :(

Surprisingly good. My friend and I weren’t that excited about this activity but went because it was included in our package. It was a really great day though. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere than a party go in the morning. As we were leaving the crowd coming for the next session was the party group. That said, great snorkeling, great pizza and lots of fun. Highlight was seeing a turtle.

Absolutely stunning! Breathtaking views. Relaxed atmosphere. Music fit the scene perfectly. Drinks and food a little pricey but quality. Friendly staff. Snorkelling was an amazing experience! Would definitely go again!

A M A Z I N G ! !
Highly recommend. I went with a friend and my 10 year old son who had a ball, I would't take a child any younger as it is out on a reef, and has a party atmosphere! You are in a tropical paradise, with good music, drinks and food, the water is so clear and warm and the staff are friendly, hard to ask for more. Our partners went a few days before us and loved it, couldn't stop raving about it either. On their trip someone took a drone and shared footage of people jumping off and the surrounding waters, would recommend a drone if you have one as the pics are amazing!

Another level of family getaway !!
Such an awesome experience, ocean is clear & pristine , clean & safe to swim . To top it off , we had oven baked hot pizza with colourful cocktails & mocktails.Staff are friendly & hospitable A big thanks to Ms Lucia , Ms Z , Ms Vika Tava for organizing our family trip. A big shout out to the crew on Board - Barmen (Jeremy , Tevita ,Tui) ; Runner, (Joape , John ; Pizza Chef (Lepani). Cloud 9 Tu Ga Tu Ge Tu Gi !!

This was more than I could have expected! Mack and his team (Joe and Steven) were so much FUN!!! They really took time to sit and chat with each person. The coral was so beautiful!!! We took time, and they brought fruit and drinks to be available for purchase.
Lunch was included at a very nice resort!!!
I recommend to groups families or solo travelers. 10 🌟s

Pizza and drinks were amazing and so was the experience. Music could have been a bit better but other then that the workers were amazing and looked after us, 10/10 service. Vinaka for having us.

We welcome children from 7 years old but if you bring your children remember that it's a bar serving alcohol.

Transport to and from Cloud9 is included in your ticket when you purchase it either online or at the a day trip tours kiosk. I booked at our hotel reception.

Great question. I'd recommend mid morning- afternoon to make the most of it. I hope you have a great time.
