The guide was friendly and engaging. Never a dull moment in the whole two hours. Lots of info and sites I'd not have appreciated without a guide.

Not awful, but it was pretty clear the tour wasn’t going as well as normal, and the guide’s approach to this was to keep on suggesting it was due to the group rather than her, which I didn’t completely appreciate. She kept saying we were ‘tired’ and hadn’t had enough coffee (a bit random I know), but it’s hardly as if enthusiasm was radiating out of her either. I used to be a tour guide myself, and from my point of view it looked like she was just going through the motions. Here we are at this stop, this is the story, questions, no, next.
I’ll probably forget this tour in a week, except of course the bit right at the end when the guide suggested I was being rude for giving her too small of a tip. That left a bitter taste, especially given that their website says (see the attached image) that guides don’t pressure you to tip, and that they understand a tip reflects the quality of the tour and the budget of the traveller. Well, this guide didn’t.
I see the company have a record of responding to bad reviews, so they’ll probably say that this is all a big lie or I’m a biased source or a worthless bag of blood or whatever. But I’m afraid, the thing is, this is all true.
I reiterate, the tour is not awful. It could even be quite fun. Just make sure you neck at least 3 cups of coffee at the start and leave a fat tip at the end.

That being said, while tipping is always optional, a contribution of €0.20 for a two-hour tour does not fairly reflect the effort our guides put in. Typically, guests tip between €10 and €20, which helps support the dedication and hard work that go into making each tour an unforgettable experience. Our tours are free to join, and guests who do not enjoy them are always welcome to leave at any time, no questions asked.
We take great pride in the commitment and enthusiasm of our guides, who bring history and culture to life in a fun and informative way. If you ever decide to join us again, we highly recommend a strong coffee beforehand—and who knows, maybe even a generous tip at the end! After all, a little humor (and fairness) makes life better.

Booking this walking tour was the best way to explore and be introduced to Tirana. Our guide Erin was knowledgeable, patient and funny, and our small group were able to stop at each spot to learn it's significance and appreciate the beauty of each. Well worth it! Thankyou

Our guide Eri a 10!! was very entertaining the visit and perfect to have notions of Albanian history. Definitely a highly recommended free tour

Hi, Free walking tour is running everyday . Morning tour is at 10 Am and the afternoon tour is at 2 Pm ( The afternoon tour will be at 6 Pm ,from April 1st)
