‪Já fazia estes passeios em outras cidades que visitei, porém este só precisa diminuir um pouco os intervalos, que são longo, com isso temos que selecionar os pontos que queremos descer, senão não dá tempo de fazer todos , pois entre um e outro, demora aproximadamente 45 minutos, mas passa por pontos excelentes , vale muito a pena.‬

‪Wir haben am Morgen über zwei Stunden auf einen Bus gewartet, der nicht erschienen ist. Die Informationen zu den Abfahrtszeiten als auch die Markierung der Stopps ist absolut ungenügend. Sehr schade, da wir mit Hop on Hop off Bussen in anderen Städten sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. ‬

‪We are still attempting to get a refund for this disappointing experience. We talked to the bus driver and the tour operator (as we found them at another tourist attraction) and both said this is a chronic problem because tourists don’t know about the schedule until they get to a bus stop. The advertising of this “24 hour” hop on hop off adventure does not inform you of pick up points (we found out on our own and took a taxi to the pick up point) and most importantly, it does not inform you that the last pick up from Plaza Balboa is at 3:45pm - we arrived early and the last bus had already left. We asked around the bus stop and we were told that “sometimes” the bus leaves early. We use TripAdvisor for nearly all our adventures and we hope this will be resolved favorably. ‬

‪Start here!!!‬
‪My 91 year old Dad is working on his Bucket List and we started at the first stop and rode around the city, never got off and got a great introduction. Staff/ tour guides were knowledgeable and so nice as it rained for 45 minutes. But it inhanced the drive. When we couldn't get a ride back to the hotel from the start, the kiosk girl ordered us an Uber on her own account! It was a lovely way to start a trip to a totally surprising city...it's NOT just about the canal!‬

‪Pésimo servicio ‬
‪Fui recientemente a Panamá y contraté los servicios por recomendación de mi mamá que vino a Panamá en el mes de Diciembre por una conferencia de Historia del Arte. todo estaba bien hasta que comenzó el tour en una plaza que se llama Balboa Boutique, la persona que narra el tour se la pasa promocionando otra cosa y no por donde vamos, mi mamá me dijo que tome al bus con una chica que se llama paty que había conocido en ese bus "nunca la encontré", al parecer esta chica sabe mucha historia, y la chica que me tocó habla horrible, y el personal se ve de mal humor, fui al Canal de Panamá y la hora de tránsito es después de las 2pm tengan en cuenta eso, cuando salí del canal el bus demoró demasiado más de la hora dicha por la chica, seguí el recorrido vimos a un perezoso muy bonito, me baje en la parada de un restaurante que dicen que es el mejor se llama Sabroso Panamá y la atención fue horrible espere mi comida por una hora, cuando la trajeron estaba fría y sin sabor sobre todo costosa, No vayan ahí, tome el bus nuevamente y estaba un chico llamado Jan, muy alegre, me dijo que casco antiguo es un lugar bueno así que me baje ahí, fui al Museo del Canal es una buena alternativa si no vas a él Canal, me quedé toda la tarde.
Los lugares están muy bien aunque encuentro varias paradas sin atracciones buenas para visitar, el servicio del bus pésimo, se paro uno de los buses por desperfecto mecánico, la humedad y el calor infernal. Esta fue mi experiencia, espero que les sea de ayuda. Mejor contraten un taxi, no se qué de bueno le vio mi mamá.‬

‪Worth Every Penny‬
‪We were in Panama City a couple of days and decided to do the 2 day tour sightseeing bus $34 per person for two days (purchase online) We took advantage of the hop on and off options. Took our time to at the places we wanted and within every hour there are buses that come. Make sure you ask the driver what is the LAST bus for your stop. Holidays and weekends hours may vary.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. The tour guide was VERY informative. They even told us what areas were RED (non walkable/dangerous)areas. My husband and I were very pleased with the service and the information. A lot of photo opportunities on bus. Keep your eyes open.

This company also offers other tours which are cheaper Than most companies in PANAM. Ask the tour guide or attendants.

Make sure to get off at stop 10 amador causeway the end there is a PANAMA sign theres also another one half way down the causeway.

Enjoy the ride.‬

‪Not as good as other city's‬
‪I've done the Hop on Hop Off bus tour in every major city I've visited. This is by far the worst. I'm not sure if it was lack of staff/equipment or just poor management all together, but from time management to ticketing to the bus itself, the Panama City branch is terrible. Now...the plusses are definitely it's staff. The poor girl dealing with the barely operational ticket machine handled herself very well under the pressure. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions, but what could she do when the bus stopped for 20 minutes at each stop. This being a busy day...meaning there was a cruise ship in port, what could any one of the staff do when there are more than capacity trying to board the bus, other than say over the loud speaker "I'm sorry were full wait for the next bus". The crowds of people waiting...now for more than 2 hrs were pissed! We, thankfully, got onboard the first bus. The route is apparently supposed to take 2.hrs, we did the full circuit, which didnt start until after 11am and took more than 3hrs so, we decided which stop we'd get off at and also decided we were done with the HoHo bus. We just took a taxi for the rest of the day.‬
