Une grande réserve naturelle de biosphère de nombreux sentiers de randonnés y sont proposés, vous pouvez choisir de réserver un guide à l'avance ou pas, de nombreux oiseaux, animaux sont visibles - attention de ne pas s'y perdre et attention aux moustiques

We came here with a birding guide early in the morning and saw lots of birds. The park is not Gamboa rainforest resort although that is nearby; it is a large national park with many areas. Saw peccaries, coatis, agouti too. Saw a pootoo which is extemely hard to see. Was really a beautiful hike on the pipeline trail also, although as the morning wore on, the birds start to sleep.

Nice exhibits, accessible mostly from good maintained paths. Places to just sit and listen to the birds and look at the surrounding nature where you may see a sloth if you are lucky.

Path shared with cyclists, but nevertheless beautiful peaceful area.

Il parco è veramente affascinante, un posto dove rilassarsi e prendere un po’ di fresco in quelle torride giornate estive!
Bellissimo camminare nella natura e cercare qui e la animali: abbiamo visto tantissime specie di uccelli e molte scimmie

Excellente Expérience à faire , en famille
Se lever avant le lever de soleil, arriver au départ du sentier Camino del Oleoduc
S'enfoncer dans la forêt et zu lever du jour les singes se mettent à hurler tous ensemble

We enjoyed seeing the park on one of our tours out of Panama City. It's a fun area to explore and walk around.

Ce parc a plusieurs entrées. Une panaméenne nous en a consellé une que je recommande.
On va en voiture jusqu’au point : 9.133629°N 79.720082°W (Wase ou Maps.me). Facile en SUV, en faisant attention en berline.
Ensuite promenade à pied avec arrêt pour observer et photographier les colibris puis on monte à la tour avant d’aller voir le lac Calamito.
2h d’une très belle promenade, facile.

The Gamboa Resort offers a variety of activities at affordable prices, including: ziplines, Monkey Island boat tour, a butterfly and sloth sanctuary and an aerial tram with a tower that offers a great view of the canal and the Chagres River.

We saw some birds, capybaras (or similar) and monkeys, which was awsome. Plus - and that is what makes it worth visiting - you get a real feeling of what the jungle looks like in Central America. And it was amazing to see it (We ended up in Radio Hill, which stunning.). Recommend

I am planning on hiking a couple days in Soberania NP. I understand that camping is allowed. Are there designated campsites or is dispersed camping legal? Can one camp off Pipeline Road (obviously half a mile in or so)? Are there many water features to filter water from?

I don't have information on that. Please check the Soberania NP website. Hope you can find an answer there.
Should I be worried about mosquitos and yellow fever walking into that park?

Not anymore than in other places in Panama. I have never had to use a mosquito repellent while going there, but I usually use long pants and long sleeve shirts, since you're walking in a tropical forest the insects besides mosquitos may be attracted to you...hahaha
