What an awesome experience in Nantucket for our little ones - the captain and marine biologists were incredible! This was one of our most memorable moments of our trip to Nantucket, and we plan to go again when we return.

We had the best time on the Critter Cruise! We brought our 4 year old and 11 year old. They both had fun but definitely better for the 4 years old. My 11 year old did get to fish so he was happy and he couldn’t help but smile at the lobsters and huge crabs!! The crew caught so many cool creatures for the kids to touch in the touch tank. They even got to throw them back in the water which is a perfect activity for a 4 year old boy! I’m about to book this again for June 2022. If you have kids, this is a great way to spend the afternoon!

Family Critter Cruise was great! Our kids learned so much and had so much fun. They liked discovering all the creatures in the traps and getting to explore their features in the touch tank. And they were so happy they got to fish (and caught several!). Crew and Captain Josh were friendly and made the day special. Also, everything is perfectly sequenced and timed appropriately for young kids’ attention spans.

Our family of four had the best time on the Critter Cruise today with our kids - 6.5 and almost 4. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The traps pulled up a lobster, some kind of sea creatures in big shells, and lots of crabs. The kids had the option of helping all these "critters" into the touch tank and at the end were able to return the crabs to the harbor.
The fishing was a lot of fun and really easy - I think our kids caught 5 or 6 fish between them and one crab!
This was a really fun experience that I echo everyone in saying - a must do!

We took this cruise with the grandchildren aged 5 & 3, wow what an excellent experience. The crew were amazing with the kids before & after the trip, involving them in all aspects of sea life. They enjoyed it all, searching for & handling the critters also the line fishing. Great trip with very knowledgeable friendly crew, can't wait to do it again next year. Tip... Book early as they get fully booked pretty quick, we went on an add on tour.

Our kids had an amazing time, and Captain Josh and his staff were so good with them. The naturalist was very informative and our kids made some great memories. Thank you!

Captain Josh and his crew give little kids a great intro to Nantucket boating, sealife, and fishing. Our 3 year old was afraid of the critters pulled from the traps, but once he got a fishing pole, he was fully engaged. There is a naturalist on staff to explain the different species. Great trip!

You will definately enjoy your day on the Monomoy with Captain Josh Eldridge, a native Nantucketer. We caught fish, got a great view of the island, and had a blast!
