Een geweldige dagtrip om een indruk van Dubai te krijgen, met als letterlijk hoogtepunt het bezoek aan de 124e en 125e verdieping van de Burj Khalifa. Onze chauffeur, Suhail, deed er alles aan om deze tour tot een succes te maken. De dag vóór vertrek nam hij al via WhatsApp contact met ons op om de ophaaltijd te bespreken, waardoor we ons goed konden voorbereiden. Suhail was ontzettend vriendelijk en voegde, naast de audiotour, interessante en leuke extra informatie toe.
Bij de stop bij de Dubai Mall en de Burj Khalifa gaf hij ons duidelijke uitleg over hoe we de ingang van de Burj Khalifa konden vinden. Bovendien informeerde hij via WhatsApp spontaan of alles goed was gegaan, wat we erg attent vonden. Al met al een uitstekende ervaring en zeker een aanrader!

As a country recently opened for travel, I came with little to no expectations of what Saudi Arabia had to offer. It was a fabulous country with great people, food, heritage, and divine inspiration. Like with all my group trips, the experience can be wonderful or not so pleasant due to the tour leader/guide.
Our tour leader - Mr. Rahim - was exceptional. He went above and beyond to resolve, adapt, or explain any slight to major inconveniences our group experienced. His knowledge of the Saudi Arabian culture, customs, and history was above reproach and both complimented and supplemented the local tour guides information. He was attentive and stayed professionally connected to the group as much as possible. I am traveling a total of 26 days across 6 countries with various guided tours. His way of guiding kicked off what will be a very memorable trip and set an extremely high bar. I will request him or someone with his standards when using this tour company in the future.
The drivers and local tour guides were also great! Gray lines did an amazing job of adapting our itinerary when necessary due to country limitations or changes.

A fantastic day out. Our tour guide Suhail was great. Gave us lots of information throughout the day. Excellent tour & excellent guide.

The panoramic view at the burj Khalifa was outstanding. The tour in the viewpoint and the excitement of climbing in the elevator was something to another level. I recommend it!

Thank you, Suhail, for giving my son and me a fantastic tour today. You gave very helpful information and took great photos in front of fascinating landmarks including the iconic Museum of the Future. You gave clear directions allowing an easy entry to the amazing Burj Al Khalifa. And you drove us very safely at a nice, sensible speed! Thank you so much for your time!

With the city tour, we had done 2 days you see Dubai in a relaxed way. You get off and when you've seen it you get back on the next bus. One day the red row and the other day the blue. In the evening I also did the purple row. Really recommended and the price is favorable

An excellent well designed trip. We saw maximum sights in one day, well worth it. We know which places we may like to visit again with more time - the gold and spice souk, the Dubai Mall. However if the time had been longer on the tour we would never have finished or missed out some other interesting elements. Our guide was very caring and helpful.

Hi, I would like to book the Dubai Traditional city tour from Dubai with Abra Ride. 7 participants and need a hotel pick up. But the departure and return details is confusing. It said it will drop off at Dubai mall, later on it mention the tour will be back to my preference hotel. Which one is correct ？
Who could I contact things happen during the tour？

Hey there! I would email but I can't find a contact seller or email address anywhere.
So I want to book the "Dubai full day tour without lunch from Dubai" but the hotel pickup thing is proving problematic, it is a long list of hotels and mine isn't listed, checking the map to try and find the closest is a pretty arduous task so I was hoping one of you guys might be able to help out with your local knowledge!
I'm staying at OYO 353 Middle East Hotel, Al Musalla Road, Deira, which hotel you can pick up at is the closest and the one I should be arranging?

Thanks for your email. yes you will be getting the confirmation voucher from Gray line. all our tours are including the pick up from hotel. except the tickets which dont have transfers.
