Excellent service from start to finish! Mike & the Fergus James team exceeded my expectations! Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with, his prompt responses and professionalism made me at ease throughout the entire process to create my engagement ring. I adore it! Could not recommend Mike enough to anyone who is considering creating their custom ring. Thank you Mike and everyone behind the scenes at Fergus James. Outstanding service.

Started the process of purchasing engagement ring in July with Mike. Level of service was 10/10. Mike was extremely helpful in sourcing diamond, coordinating design of ring setting & final delivery. Thank you, Mike !

I have been using Fergus James for over 2 years to help source and engagement ring and then wedding bands for my fiancé and I. The store experience was a really nice with attentive and knowledgeable staff who were always helpful and consistent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Fergus James to anyone

I recently got engaged and so the search for the perfect ring began 💍
I'd heard of Fergus James and had been following their Instagram for a few years. Safe to say I was really nervous about making such an important purchase remotely but thankfully FG liked me up with Mike.
Mike was unbelievably helpful. He answered all of my questions (& there were many) without putting me under any pressure. I would highly reccomend him 💙
My ring arrived in the most beautiful packaging but it was what was inside that really stole the show, it was absolitely perfect 🥂
The whole process was really quick, easy & I definitly ended up with a much nicer ring that I would have had I shopped at home 💕

I honestly couldn't recommend (South African) Mike from Fergus James Jewellers enough. First he designed my engagement ring with my Fiance and then a few months later he designed a trilogy ring for my 30th birthday.
Mike was incredible from start to finish, taking time to go through different ideas for a trilogy, double checking different diamond options and giving very valuable insight into the best ring design to maximise the appearance and sparkle of the diamonds.
My fiance found Mike fantastic. He carefully went through each step of picking a diamond and then creating a band that would be the best for the diamond's dimensions and its shape. Mike kept communication open throughout, from when the diamond had arrived to when the design was finalised and ready to be made - It was a seamless experience.
Mike is exceptional at making diamond rings that you will love FOREVER. We cannot wait to collect our wedding bands soon!

We had a fantastic experience designing our bespoke engagement ring with Fergus James Diamonds!
I reached out to Fergus James Diamonds to enquire about creating a bespoke engagement ring, and was put in contact with Mike from the team. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Firstly, I was undecided between a round and oval diamond, so Mike sourced one of each until I could make a decision.
The team then created multiple CAD drawings of the ring, with varying diamond shapes, and emerald and band dimensions. I made multiple changes to the CAD drawing, and Mike and the team were always very responsive and accommodating.
Once the CAD drawings were finalised, I asked Mike if they would be in a position to send the wax casts over to me (I don’t live in Dubai) so I could see which diamond shape and ring dimensions fit my finger best. Mike was happy to do this and I received the wax casts within two weeks, nicely packaged and intact despite the flight! Once I had tried on the wax casts it was easy to make a decision, and Mike and the team got working on the ring.
We collected the ring in late October and couldn’t be happier with it! The quality is excellent and design is exactly how we envisioned.
Overall this was an amazing experience, with an exceptional product being created at the end. The service was second to none, I don’t believe there are many companies that would go this above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend, and have recommended to all my newly engaged friends!

A 10 out of 10 experience with my specialist Mike in the Dubai offices.
Mike was exceptional from start to finish, giving me full confidence that the ring we built together and selected would be perfect.
Not only was the ring perfect, but the customer service I received was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The continuous communication was greatly appreciated, and has continued after picking the ring up from the Dubai offices.
I will recommend Fergus James to anyone I spoke to looking for rings as the experience was amazing.
