I'd you're even remotely close to booking. Just do it. It won't disappoint. We did this as part of our honeymoon and the experience from start to finish is nothing short of exceptional. Our guide Noman really made the day even better! He was funny, happy, energetic and super conscientious + knowledgeable. I'm not sure I've ever been greeted by someone so happy at 04.30am!!
The experience is run so seamlessly. You feel taken care of, by the best quality of people and things. The air balloon pilot was brilliant.
This was honestly one of the best experiences of our lives - not just the balloon (though it is so incrdivi) but the whole experience itself and it just felt up a notch in terms of class, quality and care. From the cars, to the punctuality, to the clear communication ahead of time and across platforms (WhatsApp, call, email), the clear communication throughout. You never felt cattled about or as if you were on a conveyor. It was more like a private experience but with other people - hard to explain!!
If you get Noman, you're lucky!

Highly recommend! Amazing experience, very professional team. Felt very safe, Nikki & Captain Andrew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Breakfast was delicious & had a great selection. Definitely worth the money for this morning out, one of my favourite moments in Dubai for sure!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Starting with our tour guide, Norman, who was thoughtful, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout. The welcome meeting exceeded our expectations, our skilled and engaging Balloon Captain, Vytas, we felt confident with, and the breakfast with a variety of foods and friendly staff was superb. And all of this was before the falcon and camel ride! Highly recommend if you are ok with an early start (4AM) to view the sunrise!!!

I would like to thank you for a wonderful trip, unforgettable experiences and the care of the entire team. And although I have already flown in a hot air balloon several times in other countries, this one was the most memorable - it is like a trip to a wonderful fairy-tale world with a sunrise of unique beauty, the majesty of the boundless desert, camel convoys and many more amazing things that you will experience on this trip. Captain Vytas not only handled the balloon very professionally, but was also a wonderful and caring guide. It was an unforgettable adventure to which I would like to return again. I would definitely recommend this unforgettable adventure to anyone living in or visiting the United Arab Emirates. Raimonda K.

We were willing to see the desert out off the mass touris organisation, in a quite way. This Take off at dawn in a balloon will remain in our memory for ever. It worth the price paid without hesitation and you forget about it considering the incredible emotion we had.
The organisation is just seamless! Very professional, no stress, on time pickup, comfortable ... you name it.
Our guide Abbas, from platinum heritage was just great. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable
What to say. A great driver also in the desert in the Heritage land-rover. The breakfast was way above expectation in a very nice looking area. The right balance between tradition and comfort.
Back to the balloon. Wow... again very professional, very safe and of course incredible. Our Pilot, Orlando, from Italie, is a passionate professional, willing to share his passion.
To Conclude a big Thanks to Abaas, Orlando for this experience that will be the hilight of our stay in Dubai!

As a recent participant in their hot air balloon excursion, I can confidently say that this adventure is very special and leaves you with memories that will last a lifetime. The staff were polite, helpful and gave a lot of information. For me, its peak was the rising sun, the sense of tranquility and silence at that moment was wonderful. After we had an amazing experience at the camp with a delicious breakfast and also a camel ride.
In conclusion, Balloon Adventures offers an extraordinary experience, you must try it.

The trip was excellently organised, everything went very smoothly. The hot air balloon trip over the conservation was fab, the pilot Andrew was great at explaining and point out points of interest. He also gave you confidence that he knew what he was doing and knew his stuff. Gave piece of mind at 400ft high in a big basket. The rest of the tour was very good the Landy’s where great fun to see, breakie was delicious and the ladies facilities excellent considering in the middle of the desert. My 6 year old loved the trip too the camel ride, the falcon and getting to sit in the drivers seat of the landrover whilst parked made the 2nd part of the excursion special for him as it was fun and he wasn’t tired or board following a 4:15 start, he loved the hot air balloon. Our guide Ekat was great at giving us information and made the whole trip effortlessly for us. Definitely would do it again.

We had an amazing experience with Balloon Adventures! The service was great starting from transfer from hotel to the desert, drone show, ballon flight and breakfast later. The staff was very friendly and the pilot was knowledgeable and focused on our safety and pleasant flight! Highly recommend!

The whole experience were amazing. It was a surprise for my wife on her birthday and the team took care of it well by organising a b'day cake !
Our captain gave proper instruction before the flight to ensure the safety was priority. The take off and landing was also smooth.
Also a big shout-out for our guide Ravi. He picked us on time and kept us informed about the near-by locations throughout the 40 mins drive. He also helped to take some Instagrammable pictures and be a part of the b'day celebrations during breakfast time. Very helpful and informative.

The Sky scrappers in the city of Dubai would not allow a safe flight, so there are no Hot Air Balloons flights over the city.

Do they pick up from airport, and what is the total duration of this excursion?
Hello Apoorva Kulkarni,
Thank you for reaching out. We offer complimentary pickup and drop off from Hotels only, however, we can organize a supplement transfer from the Airport at an extra cost. The entire experience is roughly 5 hours including travelling time to and back from the take off site.

Hello there. Just want to know at what time we will get back to our hotel in Deira (if we also take the wildlife tour in desert conservation reserve)? Also, can I request that we be dropped-off at skydive dubai since our next destination/activity is there?
Hi Chris M,
Thank you for reaching out. Since this is an adventure, it is quite difficult to give exact timing and also, depending on the time of the year you choose to come, however, the approximate drop off time is between 11am and 12noon.
For your second question, there are 2 skydives in Dubai, one in the Marina and another one along the Al Ain highway. we can drop you off at the Al Ain one since it close to our take off site.

Hi, I presume you collect from Atlantis The Palms? We are looking to book the last day of out holiday, however I would like to know what the process is if the weather is bad that day, as we fly back the following morning.
Hi Graham,
yes we do pick-up our guests from Atlantis The Palm.
If you decide to book your Hot Air Balloon flight with us and the weather turns out bad that day, we will need to cancel the flight for safety reasons and will notify you accordingly.
We then normally suggest the next available date to fly, but in your case we will just proceed with a full refund upon your confirmation.
If you have any other questions we would be very happy to assist by email.

Hello,
our Hot Air Balloon Ride, Falconry and Breakfast is AED1,250 for adults and AED1,100 for children. We currently have a special promotion: if you book your Hot Air Balloon experience before August 30th for ANY time in our next season (1st September 2019 – 31st May 2020) it will only be AED 950 per person.
