Stunning adventure in the desert with very nice and competent staff, thanks to the whole team, especially to the guide Nikki, Falkner Lushano and Capitain Sangram. Everything at the best level, definitely recommendable.

I loved the experience, very professional exciting interesting and mostly memorable.. The balloon experience was exemplary our driver Ronald was exceptional and very friendly.. our Falconer Ryan was very warm and all smiles.. got to learn a thing or two about the background of falcons…lastly Filberto who was serving us breakfast was truly an example of what guest satisfaction means, being the second time experiencing an activity with the platinum heritage..they exceeded my expectations.. worth every penny.. and I definitely look forward to more experiences with them…a 5 star is an understatement ❤️

This is a must do activity in Dubai . You not only fly in a hot air balloon but you fly with a falcon too in the hearts of Emirati culture. You start your day at the dawn and the morning sunrise beams at your balloon. What a moment it was .
The whole experience was a moment of truth and Hats off to this gentleman pilot Sago and his Team. Apart from his job he and his team constantly engaged us in the history of the country , puzzles and laughter all along the ride.
Thank you Sago and your while team for the beautiful experience we had. Looking forward to visit again !! 😊

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience with the luxury hot air balloon ride and the Michelin-starred breakfast. Every detail was carefully organized, and the support from all service providers was exceptional. A special thanks to our tour leader and experienced pilot, Saggi, along with his companion, Rayen, for making the experience even more memorable. The level of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality throughout the entire process truly stood out. It’s an experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for something extraordinary.

Seamless experience from our 4am pick up to drop off. Once we arrived there was Arabic coffee and a drone show, followed by watching the balloon being inflated and a safety brief. Once everyone was in the basket we took off and reached a height of 4000ft. The falcon display was spectacular - Polaris even posed for photos on the edge of the basket! After landing we could have our photo taken with her and then off to our breakfast location. Breakfast was good and the camp was beautiful. Topped everything off with a brief camel ride. Highly recommend.

This is a must do activity in Dubai. Incredibly well planned and executed. The entire expierience was incredible. Enjoyed everything from pickup in a Land Rover, the ballon ride, and the 5 star breakfast in the desert. The ballon pilot and crew were all absolutely fantastic. Big thanks to Saif (our guide) for making this day one of our best in Dubai

Thank you for reaching out. We offer complimentary pickup and drop off from Hotels only, however, we can organize a supplement transfer from the Airport at an extra cost. The entire experience is roughly 5 hours including travelling time to and back from the take off site.

Hello there. Just want to know at what time we will get back to our hotel in Deira (if we also take the wildlife tour in desert conservation reserve)? Also, can I request that we be dropped-off at skydive dubai since our next destination/activity is there?

Thank you for reaching out. Since this is an adventure, it is quite difficult to give exact timing and also, depending on the time of the year you choose to come, however, the approximate drop off time is between 11am and 12noon.
For your second question, there are 2 skydives in Dubai, one in the Marina and another one along the Al Ain highway. we can drop you off at the Al Ain one since it close to our take off site.

Hi, I presume you collect from Atlantis The Palms? We are looking to book the last day of out holiday, however I would like to know what the process is if the weather is bad that day, as we fly back the following morning.

yes we do pick-up our guests from Atlantis The Palm.
If you decide to book your Hot Air Balloon flight with us and the weather turns out bad that day, we will need to cancel the flight for safety reasons and will notify you accordingly.
We then normally suggest the next available date to fly, but in your case we will just proceed with a full refund upon your confirmation.
If you have any other questions we would be very happy to assist by email.

our Hot Air Balloon Ride, Falconry and Breakfast is AED1,250 for adults and AED1,100 for children. We currently have a special promotion: if you book your Hot Air Balloon experience before August 30th for ANY time in our next season (1st September 2019 – 31st May 2020) it will only be AED 950 per person.
