‪We stayed at The Elite Byblos Hotel for 9 nights in March. This is where we met Tourist information assistant, Ainee.
Ainee was of great help to us. She was informative, caring, helpful, supportive and all round just a wonderful person. We thank Aniee and all of staff at the Elite Byblos Hotel for there fantastic customer service.
I fully recommend staying at this hotel

P.s. Thank you for making my 30th Birthday memorable with a delicious red velvet cake.‬

‪I would like to give a big thank you to Maam Ainee of Citron Tours for the help during our stay in Dubai. For helping us in booking tickets in The View in Palm Jumeirah. We didn’t have to fall in line to buy tickets in the venue but go to the entrance immediately upon arriving at the venue. Also, thank you for helping us in booking a car that can drive us to the airport. A huge appreciation to you Maam Ainee. I hope to see you again in our next visit to Dubai. 😊‬

‪Excursions perfectly planned.. Abinand was the perfect tour guide and driver. Loved him! Very informative.

The Safari was the best excursion with Khan being our driver for the Dune bashing.. he’s an absolute gem❤️. Such a thrilling ride. Would definitely recommend him any day.‬
