I've been a member since 2020 and recently encountered serious customer service issues. When trying to resolve a problem, I contacted their WhatsApp account and they directed me to speak with a manager named Milton. Despite repeated messages over weeks, I faced delays and poor responses. I had to message Milton myself (although told he would contact me) and he eventually replied dismissively and was unhelpful. I sought assistance from Jill at the front desk, who promised a resolution in two days (and I truly believed her) but failed to follow up after nearly a week. Attempts to reach her or anyone else at Gymnation to resolve this issue have been futile. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend Gymnation due to their inadequate customer service and communication.

GymNation was a great find during my travels. This gym goes above and beyond with its excellent facilities and inviting ambiance. I want to thank Mr. Denniel for being exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable experience even for short-term visitors like me. The gym is impeccably clean, and its diverse equipment selection meets all fitness needs. Perfect for travelers needing a convenient place to stay fit. Highly recommend it!

The Best gym in UAE. Very spacious and has a lot of fun activities to workout with. Facilities are pretty clean and has a lot of equipments for different programs. And also, staffs are very accomodating as they greet everyone before entering the gym especially Denniel Tungol who entertains all the questions professionally.
