Relaxing massage of the very highest quality
Spa is immaculate and has all the beneficial experiences such as steam and ice room and staff are extremely professional
Massages were perfect strength for what we requested
Aftercare is brilliant. Everything available including jet showers , hairdryers, straightners
Would definitely book here again

I was looking for a relaxing girls spa-day experience and the employees of Willow Stream perfectly delivered. The 90-minute massage was one of the best I ever had, and the post-spa relaxation facilities and treats were also excellent. I wish I had discovered this spa sooner!

Highly recommend facials were amazing 🤩 Reflexology was perfect. Lovely atmosphere and super talented therapists

I had the most amazing 90 min massage here last weekend, my therapist Georgia was very thorough, leaving me relaxed and a few knots less by the end of the treatment. The spa itself is very tranquil, and it's lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy herbal tea and snacks afterwards. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Nyoman my spa therapist and Windi the spa receptionist for such an amazing experience.. i love staying here and the spa makes it even better .. if you have come here and not tried the spa.. you are truly missing out! Please visit!! Thank you ladies for a unforgettable experience ❤️

Such a calm and relaxing experience. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Willow Stream Signature Aromatic Massage.

Willow spa, 5 stars
Nyoman and Dinny will give you perfection in massage. Medium force particularly for feet and legs
You simply feel different
Very calm, great oils and perfumes
I visit for the last 6 years and never saw any change in quality

I booked a 90 minute ultra brightening facial for myself and a family member. I was staying at another 5 star hotel on Palm Jumeirah. They had availability last minute.
First impressions upon stepping into the hotel: Wow! Clearly all 5 star hotels are not the same - and this is very much a luxurious hotel! On arrival we were given a beautiful cranberry drink and hot towel.
The spa itself is well designed. Very relaxing and peaceful environment. Everything from the sauna/steam room to even the sinks oozes luxury. I really appreciated the segregated facilities and relaxation areas.
The facial itself was fantastic and relaxing. I’m sorry I don’t remember my therapist’s name but she was amazing! The facial was followed by a cupcake and premium tea (cotton teabags) of my choice.
My only two suggestions:
1. Consider offering steam during the facial to help open up pores.
2. To secure the booking you need to email back your card details in a word-document form. I felt a little uncomfortable with this but I was trusting because of the hotel. Perhaps consider using an online platform that can securely handle this?
I would highly recommend this spa. I will definitely come back.

Poor massage, after I asked twice for more pressure, the basic running continued with nothing resembling a massage into tissue. Then for the facilities the ‘shower experience’ , the first had no hot water and the second no water pressure. On giving feedback at reception there was a simply nod of the head and ‘enjoy next time’. There will be no next time after this. Was a present from my wife for my 40th.. deeply let down and disappointed and left feeling more stressed than before.

Relaxing day, feel refreshed. Team is helpful and very friendly . Catrine( sorry if name misspelled) did tour for me and explained all facilities and Noor was professional in her job.
