Great new club in Dubai now that it has been refurbished. The decor and music has greatly improved since the last season. The DJ played a good selection of old school and new school house, R&B, Arabic, etc. The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful. I will surely go back.

Along the Jumeirah Beach Residence promenade, there are ample bars and restaurants for visitors to consider. You don't need to make P/25 one of them.
As a resident that receives many visitors from abroad, I am often out, enjoying what my local precinct has to offer. I do not appreciate and will not recommend local establishments that charge outrageous prices. There is no need for such greed and it gives Dubai a bad reputation.
On my third (and last) visit to P/25, we were charged AED 80 for a glass of house red. The red wine was not specatular and worth the price. In fact you can buy a whole bottle of the same brand and vintage for AED 80. No one else on the JBR strip charges this much for house red.
Despite this bar being on the 25th floor and hosting a good view of the Bluewater Island construction, there is nothing outstanding about it. It did not appear cared for: for example, the windows were dirty and when I brought to their attention that the chair I was sitting on had a sharp piece of metal poking from the cushion, they kindly swapped my chair but didn't do anything to repair the damaged chair - they simply moved it to another table. This attitude is a real pity because the bar is situated in a really lovely, award winning hotel that has an excellent reputation for quality service and value.
As an alternative, if you want a great view of the JBR beach, the Bluewater Island and the Jumeirah Palm, go to Pure Sky Lounge on the 35th floor at the Hilton. It's a much classier place than P/25.
