Our guide, Elise, made this tour really enjoyable. She showed us around Cartagena and gave us really interesting insight into the history of the city. Her English was really good and she managed to keep us interested the whole time.

We had a great time on this tour! Our guide was Elise who was extremely friendly and taught us so much about the history of the city, her enthusiasm was infectious! It is a walking tour that lasts about two hours, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Really informative tour, learned a ton and got to see a beautiful city. Roy did a great job at leading our tour. Would for sure recommend if you want to know the history of the city!

Hice el free tour de la ciudad amurallada de Cartagena con el maravilloso guía Jairo. Es divertido, dinámico, encantador y tiene información de primera. Repetiría 1000 veces! Muchas gracias Jairo, aprendí mucho contigo, un placer conocerte.

Our guide, Ellis, was knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and patient. I would recommend this tour to get a good overview of this historical city.

Edgar was a really good guide - multi lingual, really knew his history and was very entertaining.
The tour centre as on the old town inside the walled city. All very quaint and interesting.
It would have been good to see a bit more of the city but we were constrained by the cruise ship timing.

We did the free tour with Edgar and he was brilliant! Really interesting but also funny and insightful too.
As we were only in Cartagena for one day (on a cruise) it was a great way to learn about not just the old town, but the history of Colombia generally.
I'd really recommend this tour.

I did the tour in English with Elis & she was definitely one of the best tour guides I have ever had! I’ve done these free walking tours in probably over 20 cities & she was the most upbeat, entertaining, genuine, knowledgeable & fun guide! 11/10 recommend to anyone visit g Cartagena!

I loved this walking tour. They were very organized and the guide was great! Very informative, was able to answer all our questions and made the tour fun and entertaining. Beside seeing the major sites, I learned a lot.
They also have a free walking tour of the Getsemani neighborhood. I liked the tour of the walled city so much that I want on the Getsemani tour the next day. It was fabulous!

Free walking tour with various neighborhood options. Did the one of Old Town on the Friday after we had arrived, and it was a good way to get acquainted with the city. There are English and Spanish speaking tours available. We did the afternoon tour that was two hours (from 4pm-6pm). We had Elis as our tour guide, and she was amazing. She was super personable and very knowledgeable about the city’s history.
It’s best to wear comfortable shoes and to bring sunglasses/water/sunscreen for the tour. You see a lot of the city as well start from Plaza Santa Theresa, where they’ll meet you with a yellow umbrella.

Hola. Estuvimos en Cartagena y Santa Marta. El único lugar donde encontramos Free tour fue en la Ciudad Amurallada. Hay varios, pero por recomendaciones de otros viajeros elegimos los “Paraguas Amarillos” y no nos equivocamos. Son muy profesionales, conocen mucho sobre la historia de Cartagena. El arancel es voluntario. Lo van a disfrutar mucho.

O passeio começa no Camillon de los Mártires, que fica na frente do Torre del Reloj fora da cidade amuralhada. eles ficam perto da estátua que fica no centro do calçadão. Procure o pessoal com guarda chuva amarelo.

Can I bring a stroller on this tour? Or are there lots of stairs to climb?

Streets are a little narrow and there are very few steps, think it should be fine with a stroller
