This place is marvelous, from making mu reservation to arrival al was top notch! The best ladies Marcela and Carolina took their time and asked me how did I want my massage and actually went above and beyond to make sure all was goos and professional at all times!!! Thank you so much for the best massage this year!!!!

Llegue a este Spa.por casualidad ya que esta en el mismo. Mall donde me. Corto. El. pelo cuando ando de Viaje de negocios en Medellin. Me anime a Tomar un Masaje relajante con presión media y la calidad del mismo por parte de. Katherine fue excellent donde lo. Mejor fue su técnica en pies espalda y Cabeza. La amabilidad y cordialidad te hacen sentir realmente consentido. Seguramente regresaré pronto.

AVOID!! These people are a bunch of scam artists. They cut you short for the actual time you paid for. I paid for 1 hour and 30 minutes and I only got a massage for 1 hour and 10 minutes. ( I used my phones stopwatch ). I went in for a hot stone massage and it was terrible, then they demand more money then what is listed on the menu for tip. You have been warned.

They say they are professionals but the massage was just pouring oil all over you and rubbing it around. At some points I thought this girl was trying to tickle me running her fingers over my body. If u just want to be touched this place is ok. If you have stress in your neck and want a real massage do not go to OM SPA. This is not a professional massage spa. This is a place that men can have oil rubbed over them by women. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend the 4 hand massage. Nice, clean, quiet and relaxing. I was able to get a shave and haircut nearby and a massage after.

I went in for a deep tissue and hot stones massage and it was the worse. The lady had no idea what she was doing. She just put some oil on her hand and started rubbing, no pressure whatsoever, when she ran out of ideas, she starts slapping the area repeatedly, i even had to tell her the stones she was using were cold and not hot, like seriously? I grudgingly paid 130k/hr for it. The receptionist didn’t even bother asking how it went so i’m letting them know here that it was a horrible experience overall. And people shouldn’t have to pay for bad service. If you decide to try this place, ask them if their people have a professional masseuse license, i promise you none of them as you wouldn’t have to tell a professional to apply more pressure when what you came in for was a deep tissue massage. You have been warned!

We remind you that ours is located on the fourth floor 417 place. Shopping center in Rio Sur, place where there are other spa centers.

Este sitio es increíble!! No existe hotel, centro de estética o negocio relacionado que se pueda comparar.
La atención de todo su personal, en especial de Angelica, es la mejor! Una mujer absolutamente profesional, amable y respetuosa, y la atención de Manuela la administradora es inmejorable.
Si en realidad busca un masaje de verdad, si verdaderamente quiere relajarse y salir como nuevo, este sitio es el indicado.
Calificación 10/10, regresaré cuantas veces pueda!!!

after nearly 3 weeks on the road i needed some relief. booked a massage as they were the ones that could get me in on short notice. nice and good deep tissue. got most of the knots out of my body. left rejuvinated and relaxed. staff was friendly email responses were prompt and place is right in the shopping zone down from my hotel.
