‪Excelente servicio muy responsables y muy puntuales. El guia se mantuvo en comunicación con nosotros en todo momento y nos ofrecio opciones para visitar en Medellin. Recomendados 100%. Cada ves que venga a Medellin los contrataré de nuevo.‬

‪Amazing experience!‬

‪We were a group of 6 travelling to Medellin for a bachelor party. Being from Canada and not speaking the language was a concern for us. MTS was amazing! Pablo provided an english speaking driver (Sabastian) who was waiting for us at the airport and was extremely courteous and professional. We also used them for the Communa 13 tour and again Sabastian was fantastic! He was extremely patient and was extremely knowledgeable. Regardless of your reason for travelling to Medellin, I would highly recommend Pablo and his team. I plan on going back next year and I will no doubt use their services! Keep up the great work.‬

‪The best tour and the best tour guide.‬

‪We did the Guatape Tour the first day, we went to the Replica, To climb the Rock, to Zócalos Town, we did a boat tour to the Escobar House in Guatape, we where so happy with the tour and with our driver that we decided to book a second day we did and a City tour and everything was excellent they take us to diferent parks of Medellin, to the Botanical Garden, the Cable, The Metro, Arvi Park, Pablo Escobar Neigborhood, The place where Escobar died, Pueblito Paisa, they takes us to 2 diferent places to eat breakfast and I have to say that it was the best Colombian breakfast that I have tried. I highly recommend this company, they were really patience, flexible with the places that we wanted to visit, with the price and they took care of us like family, I felt really safe and I had lots of fun. ‬

‪Professional, courteous, and above all, a company that cares!‬

‪One of the most customer focused companies I have had the pleasure to deal with. I filled up a form to enquire about their airport transfer and about the Guatape day-trip, and Pablo Alejandro contacted me on whatsapp within minutes, and was in constant contact with me since then. I had another quote from a different company but decided to go with this company because I was impressed by their responsiveness. And we had a wonderful experience! We were a group of 7. Airport pickup was flawless. Guatape trip was very nice, and we had a very knowledgeable and highly engaged driver/guide David. But the best part was the flexibility and ingenuity that Pablo Alejandro and his team (Wilson, if I remember correctly) showed in accommodating our last minute requests and changes. We were running short on time on our last day in Medellin. But with some time-saving ideas from them, we were able to squeeze in a quick trip to Parque Arvi and still make it on time to the airport, and at very reasonable prices.

At every interaction, I felt like they genuinely cared for my family and me. Kudos!‬

‪Wonderful transportation service‬

‪I have used the transportation company on 3 visits to Medellin and am extremely satisfied. Airport pickup and dropoff was always perfectly organized and on time. Reservations and communicating on the website or whatsapp was fast and simple to use. Drivers are pleasant and knowledgeable about the city to help with any questions. Don't waste your time with an airport taxi, this is the best option.‬

‪This is absolutely the best service they I have ever encountered in my travels. In fact, when in Medellin, this is the only service that I use for any transfers and tours. The drivers are professional, courteous, offer a 5 star service and also speak great English for those that require it. The vehicles are clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! ‬

‪I have used Medellin Travel Support for airport transfers on all of my vacations to Medellin, Colombia. They have always been on time and helpful with my baggage. I plan on using them again on my next vacation in September for airport transfers and day trips (e.g. Jardin). ‬
