‪Only accept cash transactions. Absolutely ridiculous management. Ajay Sanni sucks! He threatens his employees and doesn’t bother to answer to customers THE WORST service ever!‬

‪Quiet Costly‬

‪Experience is very good but it has become very costly. Just for 1hr that price was shocking. Some times they gave the clues that we already knew. And this wasted a little time‬

‪Time not Sufficient‬

‪We were not received well and your staff is least bothered to explain us the games available with you, even though we took prior booking for six kids.
You can do a lot to improve this, also for payment Card machine was not working (we were told) and no bill was given to us after paying cash.
The time given was not sufficient and speaker volume was too loud and highly disturbing.‬

‪Just for fun if you want to spend some time with 5% of excitement and joy was very little.
If you are free of budget go for it.‬

‪Price is too high and had to pay 500 extra for an another 15 min. It’s too bad,even after paying 800 per person again 500 per whole team is really bad‬

‪Double Birthday Fun‬

‪My friend and me celebrated our birthday along with 6 of our friends yesterday and we went to Lockout. It was scary at times but it was amazing. We had one puzzle left to solve that we didn’t crack before the our mark ended so, we didn’t get medals and we didn’t get out of the place in 1 hour. But that’s ok. We still loved the experience and want to visit again to try a new theme.‬
