Beautiful serene place . Main temple if of Vishnu bhagwan and laxmi mate . Also present are Krishna Radhaji ,in main temple. Incidently , temple is made in the design of GOLDEN TEMPLE- exterior is Pure GOLD . Other deities are Hanumanji, Shivji, RamSita and Ganeshji. . Very peaaceful place .

We went to this temple mainly to worship the goddess inside the temple. We had good darshan indeed. But the pleasant surprise was the waterbody around the temple, which looked beautiful. The flowing water adds to the natural beauty of the temple. We enjoyed immersing our legs in the flowing water.
The free food served at the temple was good. The food items served were good as well. But the constraint is the lack of personal attention. Food is served so mechanically in limited quantity, that one may not derive satisfaction after eating. With due respect to the presiding deity of this temple, the food served looked as though the food was served to slaves.

My boyfriend's family took me to this temple during my visit in Mangalore. I am not really familiar with the Hindu culture but I appreciate the blessing I received from the old uncles inside the temple.

Just divine and a visit here gives a satisfactory feeling. Must visit. The temple is visited by all and sundry. people from outer city also come to give visit to the temple.

Visited this temple during our visit to Mangalore- too crowded but well managed Darshan. Only worry was none was worried about the Covid

One of the prominent and well known temples in Karnataka that is located on the bank of river Nandini.
A well managed temple that is clean and offers peace/quiet once inside.
Once can see and hear the river from the main area of the temple.

This temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga. This is very close to the Bajpe Airport of Manglore.
It is situated on the river Nandini. The temple is in the center of the river. The temple forms a small island on the river.
The entrance of the temple has a big rock, which has a interesting story attached to it.
It is said that the Goddess took a form of a fly when she was fighting a demon and hid herself inside the rock to kill the demon.

Hi... I have no idea since I m staying in mangalore. But u can call the temple authorities for the details. Rooms are provided for travellers. But not sure how early you need to book.
I want to see three temples. One is vanadurga,polali,kateel,with family how much distance, how much trip cost

I din't find any nice family accommodation there. I would suggest, you stay in Mangalore or Udupi and visit the place in a taxi and come back or you can visit some other places on the way too.
