A brilliant trip. The 2 guides Salim and Taga were fun, great cooks and very helpful identifying lots of wildlife including vultures, foxes, antelope, and lots small birds. The stars were exquisite and the sky was full of them with no light pollution. I can't thanks the owners Indar and Vikram were extraordinarily hospitable and next time we would go for much longer. There is so much to see as you get closer to the Pakistan border. Thank you very much. Tim and Lisa.

An amazing experience. Total solitude in the desert with just the stars and the bells of the camels to watch and listen to. We were delighted with the food, the campfire and chatting with both Taleb & Salim. The camels were very peaceful and well behaved. We would love to return some day. Thankyou to Vikram and Indar for organising.

I have been to overnight safari in jaislamer organised by Inder ji and Vikram ji. They are highly professional in terms of equipment, team building & providing services. I have already been experienced this safari twice before this visit. Salim ji their cook and driver is exceptional with his driving and cooking. He js a good gentleman. Other team members whom i met this time was Peetha ji, Naina ji, govind and taga. We enjoyed alot in desert. It is highly recommended to everyone to visit who loves nature and wants to be in close proximity with natural things.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The food was amazing and the safari felt very safe and peaceful. We went with 4 adults and 7 kids. Everyone had a wonderful time. Very detailed of the trip was thoughtfully planned. There were individual hot water bottles to take to bed to help cozy up bedtime and be warm. He even ironed the bedsheets! Morning campfire was a great bonus as we ate our porridge. Super clean, super friendly staff. We were overnight on New Year’s Eve and they even brought fireworks and special sweet treat for the kids. I can not imagine a better planned more thoughtful company to work with for a camel safari than what Indar created for our families. If you are searching for who to use for a safari service, stop looking. This has to be the best one. Can’t imagine any other service surpassing this one!

We are a French couple.
Indar and Vikram are just amazing.
The experience was beyond our expectations.
They are very generous, very interesting, people who love people sincerely. They are not at all insistent and are very accommodating.
The safari was really pleasant, full of sweetness, sharing, in the middle of a natural landscape relaxing and exotic.
The meal cooked on a wood fire in front of us was healthy and delicious.
We shared this safari with other foreigners, which allowed us to meet beautifully and discuss our cultures.
The sunset: never seen one like this in France, to discover;).
Indar loves animals, no doubt about their good treatment;).
The little extra (even if it’s already perfect as it is): Indar lived in France, it was nice to hear our language spoken so far from our country:).

Inder (the founder) and his son, Vikram, created a wonderful experience for our family of 9 visiting Jaisalmer from the US. We left the crowds behind and spent a magical evening on a sand dune eating home cooked food, playing in the sand, seeing incredible stars in the night sky, and truly feeling well cared for by Inder and his crew.
I would highly recommend their “off the beaten path” camel and desert safari over the crowded and commoditized desert camps that many visit.
If you’ve traveled in India you have probably had experiences with tour guides and operators whom you ultimately realized didn’t have your best interests in mind. I thought was just what one accepts in India but my faith has been restored after spending this evening with Inder. He and his crew are simply great human beings who bring joy to their work and love caring for tourists who want to experience the serenity of the Thar desert.
I would highly recommend their “off the beaten path” camel and desert safari over the crowded and commoditized desert camps that many visit.

A superb afternoon spent with Vikram and his dad Indar.
Vikram take time to explain us the hystory of the city.
For the safari we were with 2 other very friendly families. We had a great time in a jeep, a camel and a meal by the fire (Indar is a super cooking chef).
They were also very helpful in planning the rest of our trip to Rajasthan.
We recommend 110% without hesitation.

Adventure Travel Agency in Jaisalmer made a memorable experience for our family with the half day sunset safari tour. It was one of the best excursions we’ve had traveling around the world and that is because of Inder and Vikram who run an amazing organization. Their team, the location, the food and the experience was 11 out of 10 and best of all we feel we’ve made a friend in Inder! I would highly recommend their services to friends and family. Just book it!

Can you guide me with a proper tour plan of jaisalmer? We are 6 persons including senior citizen , we will be reaching jaisalmer at 5 am and we want to stay at desert camp. Will be very helpful if you guide me..

Hello! What would be a more unique kind of desert experience? Staying in a regular desert camp or spend night under the night sky? We want to explore desert in its fullest form and off the beaten track. But we need to be sure about safety as we would be a couple only visiting there in early November. Please, suggest.

Hi, my friend and I are planning a trip to India including Jaipur and Udaipur and wonder if it is possible and practical to do a camel ride and overnight in tent from there without going into Jaisalmer.

Hi, Udaipur and Jaipur both of these cities are quite far from Jaisalmer and Thar. You can hire a cab from these cities or a train from Jaipur and reach Jaisalmer. Here you can book a camel ride and overnight stay with a number of travel agencies. I had gone to Thar with Adventure travel agency who were really professional and clear on everything. Happy travelling. Rajasthan is a place to have lifelong memories. ☺️

I am in Jaisalmer for a full day. Would it be possible to have Desert ride(Jeep + Camel) within the perimeter of National park or one day would be too short for that?

I did take the safari folks with Adventure travel agency. Go ahead if you are in Jaislamer even for a day. They will plan it so well that you are not gonna get dissapointed for sure.

It will be little hot at day time but evening/night will be pleasant. As per camel safari, they are the best. Most professional and different from other companies, very exclusive. They will take you to a dune having NO CROWD at all. You will get to ride camel for 1.5 hr one way. I would always suggest to consider them for Jaisalmer Sand Dune tour

My brother and I would like to join one overnight trip in 27th-28th Jan.
Is it possible to make a reservation?
I am afraid that the train get delayed expecting to arrive in 26th.
Also, I want to know during the safari, where could I put all of my bags and stuff?
And is there any place to take a shower after the safari? Do you guys also running a hotel?

We can surely arrange use of shower facilities on your return from safari.
We do not work in conjunction with any hotels.

We are seven members family wish to attended desert safari and stay one night in the desert camp. We expected to reach on 31st December by hiring car around 1/2 pm and after refreshment wish to go first attempt camel safari,then attend folklore and dancing programme and lastly want stay night at desert camp. So, please reply how much cost will be there for that.

I will reach Jaisalmer early morning by the overnight train from Jodhpur. I am interested in the Overnight Jeep Camel Jeep Safari that starts at 2pm.
In your webpage it is mentioned "There are facilities available free of charge to leave your luggage before or after the tour if you are arriving or leaving close to the departure/return time. For a small charge there are also shower facilities available."
May I take the shower after reaching Jaisalmer at 6am and drop my luggage at your place? After shower and luggage drop, I would leave for a city trip on my own and return after lunch to join the trip at 1:45pm.
