Excellent...
I was looking for Udaipur & nearby destinations . Then my search ended at Empire tours & travels .
Mr. Sunil planned out a trip based on our requirements .
Udaipur 2N -> Kumbhalgarh1N ->Mount Abu 1N .
We stayed at Hotel Lakend Udaipur , Via Lakhela Resort- Kumbhalgarh, Hotel Hillock- Mount abu .
All the hotels are excellent .
Special mention to the cab driver, Tej Singh Rathore . He is a very humble person who knows different Rajasthan locations very well .He guided our trip with an itinerary along with famous things to explore. Because of him, our journey was very smooth. Well maintained vehicle is another plus point.
Overall, it was a good experience with Empire Tours & Travels .
Thank you Sunil ji for making our tour wonderful.

Cons:- Not at all.

I recently went on a tour with Empire Tours & Travels to Udaipur and had the pleasure of being guided by their exceptional driver, Mr.Himmat Singh . The experience was truly unforgettable.
Impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the vehicle.

Our driver, Mr.Himmat Singh was absolutely outstanding!! Was extremely polite and friendly and made our days easier. He treated us with kindness and made our vacation a delight. Owner of Empire Tours & Travels also made us feel much comfortable.Their knowledge of the area and expert driving skills ensured a safe and enjoyable journey. Drove very nice and safe.We can't thank them enough for making our trip so wonderful. Highly recommend this driver for anyone's travel needs! We might visit again and would like to choose Mr Himmat Singh as our driving partner again.

Sunil arranged a incredibly trip for our family in India. We did the golden triangle (delhi-Agra-Jaipur) and everything was excellent. Hotels was excellent, included breakfast buffet. Ban was incredible and driver was safe and courteous

One of the best experiences in the recent past. A very well committed team of dedicated professionals, be it for recommendations of places of interests or planning for movement and/or stay. Really took care of seniors like us. I will not hesitate to recommend them for any tour/ travel assistance in Rajasthan. India

Well organized tour. Please check whether you want to stay in Ethnic/Heritage hotels or modern hotels. Also note that some hotels in Rajasthan are Vegetarian only.
Sunil of Empire Tours and Travels was very prompt in replying to our emails and making a comprehensive itinerary. He incorporated the changes we requested and kept a competitive price.
The car provided was fairly new and well kept.
The hotels chosen were of a good standard except for the hotel in Udaipur. Hotel Swaroop Vilas claims to be a heritage hotel, but the rooms and bathrooms are shabby and the staff are not at all helpful. We were given a room where to reach the bathroom one had to climb six high and slippery steps and I slipped and fell. Fortunately I did nor suffer a bad injury.
The hotel Sawai Vilas in Ranthambore is excellent.
Overall the trip was a delight and we covered Rajasthan extensively.
Sunil provides value for money and he is very helpful in the planning and execution of the trip.

Professional tour operator. Well planned and executed itinerary. Good hotels. Driver Himmat Singh needs special mention. He is clean, knows the terrain very well. We strongly recommend avail services of Empire Tours

"Highly recommended tour and travel agency" . Sunilji behavior, and discussion over phone and assurance to all query were all commendable.
We verified with other online hotel booking apps and travel agency and noticed the best part of viability of the offered package. Standard practice that all we all follow like double check, verification through review, verification through friends/colleague and all….also done before payment.
We were satisfied with the hotel, food, stay (Except Hotel at Jodhpur), behavior of hotel staffs and lastly very important the driver- Mr Rameshji, very good person and careful and safe”. The best part of journey was in Udaipur and MoutAbu (Hotel and delicious breakfast).

We visited Rajasthan through Empire Tours & Travels. Our experience has been very pleasent, from the enquiry phase to the end.
Mr. Himmat Singhji was our chauffeur and he extremely polite and caring. He made sure that we covered all important places on time and with his local knowledge, made sure that we had a great holiday experience.
Mt Sunil Ji (Owner) visited us personally in Udaipur and ensured that we had a good time.
Also, they were able to help well on the places to visit as well - as a result we had a packed but useful itinerary for 10 days!
Highly recommend Empire Tours and Travels for future travelers!
