The mall management is very miserly. On weekdays mornings they dont even switch on the AC.
I dont know the reason they said it was under maintenance but after 2 hours around 3 pm they switched on the AC.
I think they are saving on electricity haven't seen this in any other mall across India

prozone mall is good and theatre also good but the thing is DO NOT PLAY ADS IN HINDI AND HINDI IS NOT A NATIONAL LANGUAGE AND PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO MAKING IT UP AND IMPLEMENT NO MATTER HOW HARD WE SPEAK - Playing ads in Hindi like a universal language is not acceptable in theatre of different state and also for a fact Tamil is the first language in the world for more than 23000 years yet people don’t enter into politics for smaller issue as truth does not need proof or truth won’t get into unwanted fights unnecessarily- in tamilnadu there should be ads in Tamil and not in hindi anymore

Movie is ok , but that fooding center all are faltu, they cheating with customer telling offer regarding food.

Good Mall with quite a lot of shopping options. Clothing, Games, Food court, Cinemas are all there. The parking is good but exit from the mall on weekends is too difficult and takes a lot of time…The mall could be maintained much better…

Could have been better maintained.
Since we tend to compare when we have choices, Coimbatore being host to a couple of other malls, I would rate Brookfields much higher than this one.
The footfall might be less here when compared to Brookfield. The location of the subway eatery is good. They have a nice sit out overlooking their parking.
The food court leaves a lot to be desired in maintenance. The floor there has stains. Somehow the experience, I feel, could have been much better. If you have a choice go to Brooks.

Very worst experience as the staffs are not professional and not even cleaning properly.. not worth for money..

Went with a group of friend for a business trip. We went to Prozone Mall on our spare time to do so some personal shopping. This place is better than Brookfield Mall. Variety of shops to explore. Everything is very reasonable price. Inox cinema is very nice to spent time after busy day. Overall very nice experience.

While there is kids zone, I have no idea of such day long arrangement. You May directly contact the Mall authorities or the Franchise who operates the facility.
