I get terrible experience from this shop , I buy a lots of product from UP handloom Industries shop from Agra , including one leather luggage trolley bag on 27th August 2022 . Very first trip from Delhi to Cassablanca the leather trolley bag tear and brooked, Same day I immediately inform to the shop through email , Thanks to Mr Vikrant Agarwal for prompt response. He Offer me to come for replacement, which practically not possible , Finally I get blame from manufacturers, that I not handle luggage bag properly, I put it into excessive stuff. This comment is very childish and unprofessional. Because Manufacturer think , I will keep leather luggage trolley bag keep in my show case with out in use . I did blunder to buy luggage from them , Because they didn't follow the check the quality and durability process of the product . I just say they are unprofessional and they cheat the customer by talking big big talk . Specially foreigner tourist buyer please be aware , You not able to return or replacement after you purchased , If you get defective materials . Because they are totally unprofessional and cheater .

They are cheater and fraudsters. Never buy any products from them. 10 times costly than other places and they show genuine like product and pack a fake/duplicate product.

They have wide range of collection for marble handicraft and reasonably priced
The quality is top notch and the persons attending are very polite
Must visit for souveniers,sarees and leather items.
They also show demonstration of Inlay work and have a large collection of Table tops,coasters and other inlay work items.

Visited with a group from Sweden. We saw a demonstration of how they made it. Then they showed us what they had for sale in their shop. They had many beautiful things and it was fun just to walk around in the shop. In the end we bought a small table. It wasn't cheep but it was worth the money. We got it shiped to Sweden and it was very well packed indeed. We had it two weeks after we bougth it. It was a very nice visit and I can definitely recommend them.

Visited this shop on 3 Oct and was blown away by the marble inlay workmanship. The gentleman Mr Ashok who attended to us was very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining how the work is done with the lovely demonstration at the entrance (not forgetting the awesome replica of the Taj Mahal). We were at no time pressured to buy anything but I eventually succumbed to temptation and purchased a 20kg marble elephant with the most fascinating inlaid motifs! Not exactly cheap and no bargaining as this shop is recognized by the state government so we are assured of getting a real deal, but thanks for the little baby elephant gift : ) 2 weeks upon my return home, I received my elephant in perfect condition. You have to see the packaging to believe it, it is so well packaged and protected that I don’t believe it will even get damaged if you dropped the box 10 feet high! It was overall a wonderful experience dealing with Mr Ashok and thank you for this wonderful piece of art to remind me of beautiful Agra!
P.S. It would be nice to have a document indicating the number of stone pieces and artisans’ hours used in creating this masterpiece. Just a thought : )

The whole shop is a lie .. Never ever get into their trap ..
They will behave with you like a gentleman but they are lier.
They will demonstrate you a good quality item .
But during packing they give you the worst quality ever .. Chalky , powdery white thing , very brittle you thought to be it marble ..

Sir,
You seem to have not visited our shop because if that had been the case you would not have said that
We are the most genuiene shop as we don't bargain so hence we don't change the item
If you would have bought it from our place you would have been told the same
Since you are paying what has been the price asked for why will we change it?
Whenever you take a marble taj mahal it contains cutting dust as those are new pieces
We dont sell low quality items neither we cheat thats what our reviews also tell but if you are still not able to understand we cannot change some pre assumptions made by you or put by someone else in your mind

Staff show you how the work is done without pressure to buy. Their exhibition is a highly choreographed spiel and very entertaining. The quality is superb, but unfortunately I just wasn’t in the market to buy marble. I did however go upstairs afterwards to the textile shop and dropped a small fortune on some exquisite fabrics.

We went with a group, and was shown, how you make The inlays in The marble, as in Taj Mahal.
It was not only a shop, you could also se The work.
The things were not cheap(!), but you could “negotiate the price”......

Had an interesting time here viewing all the wonderful treasures. This is recognised by the U P State Government, so we were pleased to purchase our items. Beforehand we were lucky to see the masters at work designing their work of art. I did buy a small beautiful elephant, knowing it was the real deal.
