We welcome all reviews but also need to ensure the facts provided are accurate. After investigating the matter, we would like to explain the details. - You did not give us the correct information of the villa stay and the contact number was in correct mobile Number, the Guide tried to find the location himself and in fact the villa location did not have the minivan access, the guide had a walk to find. - The cycling normally 3 hrs bike from start to finish and this tour combined with sightseeing. When you reached the finish earlier, we suggested to go around the village but you personally refused so we are a little perplexed as to why you have given this negative feedback. We have 11 bookings in June for this tour with positive feedback. - We always provided a safety standard helmet to the guest during cycling. - It's normal while going on cycling sometimes find the police patrol in the village and take a photo with the guest and it should make the clients more safety during the tour. - Upon arrival at cooking class the clients normally take a rest and enjoy the panorama around that place before the cooking start.
