Our driver Koang was on time. The drive was super and friendly . We reached the destination on time. We was recived with our guide. He was friendly too. He took us to the top of Mt. Batur by step by step as we were first time hikers. In fortunately the climate was a little bit cloudy. But overall it's a best experience.

We did the sunrise climb to the summit of Mt Batur. Timely pick-up with a friendly local guide and fabulous view from the top. Would do this again next time in Bali.

It was an excellent experience ! The guide was very helpful and was such a good person! They pick you up at your hotel. Please be aware that once on the peak is very cold so take a sweater. The guide will provide you with a flashlight. Breakfast is provided, but you can take snacks in your backpack.

One of the best trekking tour ever.
Driver, Eka, was amazing. He took me for a short detour and drove to the best Indonesian restaurant in Bali.
Really good trip.

Nice view and worth it. The driver, YOKO, is helpful.
But make sure you travel light and prepared to hike for two hours.. it is cold when you reach top of the mountain.

Really good trip all in all! Our driver Eka was waiting at our hotel lobby at the agreed time and drove carefully and efficiently in a comfortable car to the bottom of mount batur where we met our local guide Harry. Harry was considerate of our needs during the walk up, taking breaks for water and for him to pray at 2 temples enroute (charming and interesting) during our ascent as well as pointing out possible pitfalls along the way. The walk was very much tailored to our fitness level and we enjoyed good conversation in English along the route. We were a little sorry there was no fresh fruit perhaps for breakfast rather than egg and banana sandwiches and chocolate bars, but this is clearly a matter of personal taste.
On our way home Eka was ever so happy for us to take short detours past a very reasonably priced wood carving shop and we also got to see Goa Gajah which we had not figured out how we would see unless on this trip! Great service all around! Book it!

I ended up taking this tour which at first I was not certain since you have to wake up very early. Going up the mountain is not easy but at the end of the day when there is sunrise it is the most wonderful feeling there is. I recon and this tour and the tour guide

Trek was very difficult!!, but 1000% worth it, with such fantastic views. Excellent driver and tour guide that helped me the whole way to the top!
Definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of doing it!

Putu was very helpful, first we took the sunrise trip to Batur, then another day i contacted Putu again and choose our own route for a day trip. Drivers were very polite, they were interested in our joy and well being. I felt safe and enjoyed the entire service.
