I arrived at the airport, the driver, Mr Yova was very polite. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Very recommended to book via this agent.

Nous avons été très mal reçus, l'entreprise est vraiment malhonnête ! Nous voulions obtenir des informations dans le but de réserver un scooter chez eux durant 3 semaines (ce qui représente tout de même une certaine somme pour eux), mais ils se sont permis de nous envoyer promener car cela les embêtait de répondre aux quelques questions importantes pour nous (assurance, montant de la location, puissance du scooter)...
Visiblement, ces gens n'ont pas besoin d'argent et ils n'ont surtout pas dû apprendre la politesse !

I wanted to do some tours while on Bail and the villa that I was staying at in Seminyak was able to arrange that for me via Bali Tirta Harum Tours. On my two prebooked days we covered a lot of ground - Tanah Lot, Tabanan Butterfly Park, GWK, Jimbaran Beach, Dolphin watching at Lovina, the twin lakes, Ulun Danu Beratan and a coffee plantation. I decided to book a third day at the last minute. On this day we went up to Ubud and visited a swing/rice terraces, Tirta Empul and Kampolanta Waterfall.
My driver for the three days, Adi, was amazing - friendly, polite, punctual, patient, knowledgable, and provided really good company for a solo traveller :-). It was just like spending time with a friend. I’d highly recommend Bali Tirta Harum Tours and Adi to anyone!

My wife and I contacted Gentos late in the night after arriving in Bali. We wanted someone to drive us through Ubud, Taman Ayun temple to Tamah Lot temple from our hotel in Seminyak the next day morning- more than 80 km and we wanted to cover in one day because our stay was short and we had a tight schedule. We found out about Tirta Harum Tours through TripAdvisor. Since it was close to midnight we were not sure whether we'd even get a response. But believe it or not Gentos did. He was very nice and arranged a driver and vehicle for the next day!
And believe it or not he gave a rate that is the best I ever found in Bali- even better than the famed Bluebird taxi and with much better additional services. Gentos arranged the driver to stay with us the whole day and gave a fixed rate for the day.
The driver was really nice and spoke in good English! He was really helpful, cheerful and very patient- didn't rush us in any way. We spent a good amount of time in Ubud and the driver patiently waited till we contacted him and said we were ready to go. We wanted to be in Tanah Lot by sunset and driver used lots of short cuts and got us there just in time.
We wanted to change USD and the driver took us to Kuta exchange - which we later found was one of safest and offered very good rates. Throughout the driver was very pleasant and offered lots of tips about traveling and staying in Bali. We had a really good time. Want to thank Gentos for arranging everything at such short notice

Higly recommended to visit Bali. He knows the place, He manages everything well, You can spend the whole day visiting all places you want. He is a professional driver, manage all good, You can be safe and enjoy. You can spend the day in a beach, visiting temples or just picking up to you at the airport. I don't want another driver in the island.I'm sure I'll contact him to drive my next travel there. He is the best!

This person lost my trust. Don't bother. He had Kinda "you got no option but me mate approach". It was 1300k for 2 adults and 1 child for turtle island with glass bottom boat. He told me I shouldn't walk in beach and I have to pay. Really? Gave me an impression that he just want my money. Nothing else.
Go to BMR where they gave me 600k for same. Plus they are friendly and fair. No attitude with genuine personality.

I think you wrote in wrong company. I am Bali Tirta Harum Tours but not water sport company. My company name almost smiller with one of water sport company but was not same company.

The villa that we were staying recommended an airport pick up from this service, and so we did. And the next day we're arranged for a tour around Bali and they sent in a different chauffeur, Pak Nyoman. He has been great, entertaining and fun to be with. He told us all the story around Bali, the culture, history, his experience from previous and current job, recommended places to visit. He blend in with us quite easily and we joked around. Me and my sisters liked him very much! He can speak English fluently, let alone Bahasa Indonesia and Malay. Highly recommended!

I met Gentos by a friend of mine. He is very friendly and can help you with a lot if things! Not only driver, he also rent scooter and he has a lot of contacts so you can book a daytrip as well! And the best things is that his English is very.good and the prices are fair :)

Gentos offered an amazing service, helping us with transport and tours
He is polite, professional and speaks very good English. I will continue to use his services without question when I return to Bali and recommend him to anyone travelling to Bali

My best friend recommended Pak Gentos as our driver for our stay in Bali. He always came before the appointment time with nice and clean car, speak English fluently, very polite and cheerful, also good on making arrangement of what places we need to go and we satisfied with that.
