The location across my stay and i saw this spa clean and neat. Choose full back massage as my treatment, the service was fast no need to wait, i came almost at 11pm. Massage area in 2nd floor, slow music played. The energy and pressure for my therapist really excelent, she didnt talk, just doing her job. Great place with excellent service!

There are many massage places in Kuta, but this was was quiet, private, and well run. It is a silent salon that encourages patrons to relax and enjoy the experience.
The staff are lovely. Service is great and their menu extensive. We had the hair spa, foot scrub, foot massage, and facial. Great prices. Highly recommended.

Service was terrible and the oil was a bad quality one!!
Smelly and my partner had a foot massage then a mouse passed next to her chair.
Staff kept laughing and we’re not professional at all!

My partner and I had a fantastic four hour therapy experience here. We found the beauticians to be friendly and very professional. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere very relaxed. The massages were the best I ever had. After our treatment I was so happy I went back the next day for a shellac manicure. Highly recommend.

The Natural Spa is a fantastic spot for massage, with a huge variety of different massages and mani/pedis. The interior is clean and comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. 6/3/22 We had the hot stone massage and foot massage, and both were really thorough. They can adjust to your preferences and the staff really knows what they’re doing. Besides all of that, we lost some pricey jewelry there and they had kept it for us to get it back! Really honest and friendly staff, and we hope to be back again. 10/10 recommended if you’re in the area!

1000 punti su 5 per il massaggio Balinese! Il prezzo era molto basso per 1 ora (110k). Il massaggio per le bruciature+pulizia viso erano anche ottimi! Personale cordiale, ottima pulizia (gabinetto a parte).

Thank you Diana and team, you guys have been wonderful, very accomdating to our group. Very clean, very relaxing, friendly peaceful atmosphere, we never felt rushed. Thank you Dorce and Heni for your attention to detail on my nails today. Karin also did a great massage.

Tempat langganan saya damn istri sebelum pulang ke Jakarta. Setelah berlelah2an, sebelum flight ke jakarta sempatkan mampir ke The Natural untuk rileksasi terlebih dahulu. Baru saja hari ini sebelum pulamg ke jakarta mampir dulu untuk foot massage.
