Love the ambience, very relaxing. The service are great, beyond my expectation for their particular price range, the massage was incredible, best spa moment in my life!

We came here on our way to the airport. The thinking was, it'd be a great way to relax before our flight back home.
We did the package 1 option which was 2.5hrs of treatment.
It was amazing!! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by smiles and lots of people wanting to help. They even let me store my laptop in their office whilst I downloaded a film for the plane journey home.
The treatments were great. Super relaxing.
After it had all finished they gave us food and drink before dropping us off at the airport.
It was the best way to finish a perfect holiday.

Took the Unforgettable Bali 2 package for about 1 million RP, which was 3 hours long!! Massage was fantastic, the facial and hair spa could have been a little better though but still good. The great part was that they provided a meal of sandwiches later plus a free ride to the airport later (saved on having to pay for a taxi!).
Was truly an unforgettable way to end the trip. Will definitely make this my final stop in Bali the next time I'm there.

If your flight is late, I would definitely recommend going to Spassion before you head to the airport. My flight was at night so I went there from noon and had the five our course (Special Offer course: Unforgettable Bali 3). Started off from a 1.5 hour facial from one lady and then moved on to a different lady who was in charge of body massage and hair spa. They were very kind people and very relaxing. After the full body scrub and massage, I hopped into a large bubble bath of flowers along with a cup of hot ginger tea. I had an incredible time there. I then proceeded to the salon area where I got my hair spa done, but before, I was treated with a sandwich, sweets and a cup of tea. The head treatment and massage was incredible.
This luxurious experience with this price couldn't be any happier!! What an unforgettable experience on my last day in Bali!
They actually do hotel pick up for free (Or maybe you have to pay a certain amount of money to get a free pickup..not sure but please double check with them). My hotel was in Kuta but they picked me up to the hotel, and also drove me back. It was about 30 mins from my hotel (Kuta Seaview).
This luxurious experience with this price couldn't be any happier!! What an unforgettable experience on my last day in Bali!

The Spassion Spa is the place to go for an amazing spa experience. A courtesy vehicle will pick you up and drop you back to where you want to go. We were a large group and every one of us thought our therapist was lovely and gave an amazing massage and treatments (ranging from 75mins to 4hrs). Go there... you won't regret it!

I've been to many spas while traveling (hotels and local) and Bali is especially known for it's spas, so my expectations were set high. If you didn't have a spa day while visiting Bali then you haven't fully experienced what the island has to offer.
I must say that Spassion is by far the best spa day I've ever had. I took the Unforgettable Bali package which included an incredibly soothing Shirodara treatment which I immersed in for 5 hours. The place was clean with beautiful interior and an Indonesian feel with very friendly and professional staff, everything was heavenly.
If you're looking for an established spa where you'll be treated like royalty, this is undoubtably the place for you. They also provided free transportation back to my hotel. Thank you Spassion for making my Bali vacation more special, will definitely come back!

I went to enquire regarding the services that they were providing . The moment we step inside the doors the front desk lady told us to keep quiet (putting a finger on the lips). I haven't even begin to ask anything. I asked why, are we in the library?
She answered they are people downstairs. It's was so difficult to communicate and we were just frustrated. We left without doing our massage.

As one of Bali's well known and established Spas since 1999, we've strived to uphold our high standards in creating a serene and relaxing environment for all our valued guests. As a result, we must always politely remind everyone to maintain a low level of noise at all areas of the Spa, especially whilst entering. We apologise for any offence you might have taken, as we mean none at all, and were thinking of our guests who are already in the middle of their treatment downstairs.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience, but just like a library, it is normal Spa etiquette to enter quietly.

Outstanding service from reservations to transfer back to hotel. 5.5 hours for $110USD. This included the works in top spa. Clean. Excellent treatments. Facial! Massage! Scalp! Body treatment. You can reserve on line too! I'm coming back.

very nice and friendly staff...
the therapist is also professional
they provide welcome drink and also after session service (ginger tea or coffee and a driver to take you back to the hotel)
price is quite expensive through
but over all it's a nice visit :)

I am not one to get unnecessarily carried away but this was BY FAR the best massage I have ever had. The rooms were lovely and Julie (masseuse) was amazing and attentive throughout, concerned if all was OK. I thought a massage was pretty much a massage but the skill Julie used was far beyond that of previous massages. To explain, previous massages often 'hurt' like proper pain on my calf muscles, this time it hurt but it felt like a good hurt, like I could tell the muscles were being stretched properly. Highly recommend. Will be back 😀
