Since we stayed in the hotel, we had a chance to visit spa with discount.
Rooms are very nice and clean. My therapist was excellent, very humble and had good skills too. She was asking sometimes how am I feeling, is pressure enough or not, etc.
I was very happy with service, nothing to complain.

Die Massage war perfekt.
Es begann mit einer Ölprobe in der man sich das Öl für die eigene Massage raussuchen konnte. Die Mitarbeiterinnen war super freundlich und herzlich. Es war eine super Atmosphäre.
Wir haben uns man Freitag Vouchers gekauft die man 5 Tage lang einlösen könnte und die 60min Massage hat somit statt ca. 400k Rupiah 179k Rupiah gekostet, ein super Angebot.
Die Massage ist nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Went there with 50% discount voucher and took pure indulgence package, consisting body scrub, jacuzzi bath, balinese massage and facial treatments.
They product quality is great, the therapist skills just ok, furniture and fixture can be improve. They should light up candle with therapy oil (was surprised they didn’t do it).
I wouldn’t return without the discount voucher. Price v.s expectations is below average. I can get better therapist and ambience.

I went to Sanur for sight seeing. I went in to Mandara Spa inside the Maison Hotel. The spa is just nice, not big but clean and tidy. The staff also friendly and polite. The massage is done by sudewi, she is such a great therapist and she really know what she is doing. The treatment room is nice even though it's not big but clean. After treatment done home care was recommended by Sudewi, no rush and pushing, she explaining about the product benefit. Overall it was a wonderful treatment

Esperienza eccellente: ho provato diversi trattamenti corpo e alcuni massaggi (tra cui il massaggio balinese) e ne ho apprezzato i benefici e la sensazione di piacevole benessere.
Sono stata coccolata e accolta sempre con gentilezza e disponibilità da Sudewi e Suastini, che, grazie alla loro bravura e professionalità, hanno saputo soddisfare ogni mia richiesta.
Consiglio davvero a tutti di regalarsi un momento di relax presso il centro Mandara Spa e di provare anche i loro prodotti Elemis, qualitativamente superlativi!
Sono stata coccolata e accolta sempre con gentilezza e disponibilità da Sudewi e Suastini, che, grazie alla loro bravura e professionalità, hanno saputo soddisfare ogni mia richiesta.

L'accueil est très agréable, et professionnel.
L'endroit est propre et dégage une athmosphere tres agréable.
Le massage etait vraiment parfait, tant au niveau de la technique que de la forme (serviette, masque pour les yeux,...).
Je recommande vivement!

Was expecting more based on reviews below. Product used was great but service was only just good.. not outstanding.. convenient location but would not go back

We had a two hours long treatment of scrub, jacuzzy and body massage. From the start till the end it was perfect. The products, the ambiance, the staff. Massage was superb. Afterwards we felt totally relaxed and reborn. A must do!

As I am a big fan of Spa's I feel confident in saying that the treatment I had at the Mandara spa in Sanur was of a high standard. The level of professionalism of the therapist is pretty impressive. I choose for a body scrub and a body massage and have enjoyed every moment of it. The products that are used during the treatment are of a high quality, you can tell, and the way its applied to your skin will tell you these therapists know their job. If you want to go for a real treat, choose this spa. Any after wont be the same.

Whilst staying at Maison Aurelia, a visit to the Spa is a must. Husband and I had treatments together, he had Balinese massage and I had Balinese massage with mini Elemis facial. Pure heaven. You can choose your oil and pressure of massage. From start to finish you are pampered in relaxing, immaculate surroundings. Music is soothing and staff are friendly. Afterwards, staff talk you through products used and you can purchase as you like. I bought Elemis cleanser and moisturiser prescribed for my skin type by Sadewi.
I returned to Spa for French pedicure which was relaxing and soothing - bliss for all the walking done in Singapore. Nails look amazing. Would highly recommend. Spa has offers on treatments and products and menu and price list are in your hotel room. Staff also have a stand in lobby. Worth a look and a visit.
