‪Horrible experience‬

‪If you have trouble getting on or off a boat in the water then this tour is not for you. We were not given any information on how to were to embark or disembark of the boat. You were then taken to the coffee shop for a welcome drink, coffee shop is not how I would describe it. Just a room to go through to get in the vehicle to take you were meant to go. My husband was going for a snorkel which he said was amazing and went to the different places. I had to wait at ", what they called a resort" what a bloody joke. A few tables and chairs under a roof a couple of banana lounges and a couch with do many years in it we had to put towels on there to cover them, toilets with no doors or paper or a place to wash your hands had to use the outdoor toilet. We were told lunch was a set menu, two minute noodles with spices in them disgusting. Do not go if you want something nice. I did complain to Arthamas and they apologised but would not give me half my money back. The staff on the island were great. Make sure the arrangements for the pick up to your hotel are agreed on. Had to walk two miles through dirty lane ways and dirt tracks. ‬

‪Second time just as good‬

‪Good friendly reliable service. Great value for money to include hotel transfers. Definitely recommend. Only downside this time and it's a tiny one was the long wait time between drop off in sanur and our boat going. About an hour in the terminal. I understand they have to allow for traffic though so better that than to miss the boat! They are also currently refurbishing/building their Lembongan Beach club which means little to no facilities now but looking forward to seeing how it turns out next time. Will definitely use them again.

‪Great way to arrive on Nusa ‬

‪What a great way to travel. I was picked up from my hotel in Sanur & driven in the crazy traffic to the port. Lovely boat and really helpful staff. A beautiful way to arrive on the island but you will get wet as you jump into the water and on to the shore. Luggage was safely carried off and I was driven to my hotel. Perfect‬

‪Best customer service‬

‪Diah is the absolute best! Diah asked I share my location via WhatsApp, gave my driver alternate directions in local language, and had a porter waiting for me upon arrival so I don’t miss the last boat! Diah went above and beyond to help me, while I was very stressed .
I will seek out using Arthamas moving forward.‬

‪Great service and felt safe on board with my family. Plenty of life jackets. Boat departed on time. Easy pick up service and on time, excellent driver. One thing I did get caught out with was an extra charge for surfboards that is not apart of the booking process, only told about it when I asked about the size of vehicle picking us up. 30k per board/return.‬

‪Fabulous ferry experience with Arthamas‬

‪Excellent customer service, ferry left on time, arrived at Sanur on time and we were taken to airport in a private taxi arranged by Arthamas. Fabulous experience dealing with Arthamas. Thank you.‬

‪I was also picked up from the hotel to be taken to the ferry regularly texts were sent to me to let me know time of arrival and when they we’re outside support with my luggage into the taxi too ,very friendly and professional..the taxi was clearly marked with their company logo‬

‪Let’s call it An Experience‬

‪Sanur terminal was an absolute nightmare. People everywhere. Unorganised, crowded, pushy, uncomfortable place. Toilets were dirty. Boat over was good. Until we got to nusa lembongon. Had to jump off the back of boat into water in very soft sand. No jetty. Coming back was a better boarding experience than the terminal but back thru the water to board. Captain couldn’t park the boat. Find numerous attempts before actually getting it in the wrong berth. But hey here I am to tell the story.‬
