Ha! You nailed it. Our business model for 20 years has been to provide the quality of the major hotels (who don't post their prices on the street) but at a lower price. Regarding the beach and budget salons, we encourage people to try them and compare with our team. Your therapist (Komang) is a great example; she will provide professional quality service every time.

Thanks for taking the time to write a positive review. It kills me when we have to turn people away because they haven't booked the day they are going home. The fusion massage and the cream bath can loosen up the neck and shoulders, making a long flight bearable 😉.

This appears to be a fake review... And I would like to warn people who rely on TripAdvisor. I regularly get solicitations from people to write reviews for a fee. We would never do that but wonder about competitors with hundreds of great reviews even though they have been open a short while. We have been in Sanur for twenty years. I have never seen a cockroach in a massage room and we particularly pride ourselves in our cleanliness. Our regular customers often attest to this. More to the point, all sheets are immediately removed after every massage and laundered. There is no way this customer saw dirty sheets. It is pure BS. I invite the writer to come meet with me so we can discuss.
