Such a beautiful experience today.
3 hours of bliss with the Hamum experience.
We loved every moment. The scrub and bubble massage is unique, a giggle with my sister.
The cold plunge and sauna begins it all perfectly.
The staff make the time here wonderful.

Oh my goodness damn gracious. I went with my partner and some friends and we all got the Boreh treatment and we all feel like we've been reborn.
For 550,000 rupiah I had the best 30 minute massage of my life, was scrubbed down with a spicy body scrub that smelt like fruit cake on the massage bed, then was washed down and had my hair washed still on the massaged bed, and i didn't even have to dry myself.
It was wild.

Overall experience was amazing. All the staffs are nice, kind and professional.
Facilities are clean and massage is great.
Their signature treatment of bubble soaking was such a new experience. It felt like I was wrapped by clouds or whip cream. I will recommend it for sure.

The massage was below average and they use very cheap products. The scrub is the lamest part of the experience, they just put the product on you and make you wait and then they clean you with water while you’re sitting on the wet sheets.

We are deeply sorry to hear that your experience at Hesa did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important, and we’d like to address your concerns.
Regarding the massage technique, because you are pregnant, we adapted the treatment to ensure your safety and comfort. Pregnancy massages require avoiding certain areas and pressure points that could pose risks, which may have made the massage feel less comprehensive. These adjustments were made with your and your baby’s well-being in mind.
As for the Boreh scrub, it is a traditional Balinese treatment that has been used for generations. It is crafted from natural ingredients designed to stimulate blood flow and promote healing. The process requires the scrub to remain on the skin briefly to activate its warming properties before being gently massaged and rinsed with warm water. This technique is a key aspect of the treatment, and we strive to inform guests about the process in detail beforehand. However, we understand that pregnancy can heighten sensitivity to textures, smells, and sensations, which might have impacted your experience with the scrub.
In regard to your concern about the products used, we exclusively use high-quality Sensatia Botanica products. These are all-natural, premium skincare items, and we do not use any cheap or subpar products at Hesa. We are unsure why this impression was made but can assure you of the quality and care in every treatment.
We are genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of your expectations. Cold and hot plunge for starters definitely set the mood - I was here for the sauna but unluckily I realized I was still on my eyelash extensions (you know the drill haha). Was able to soak at the cold plunge for straight 10mins and 100% a proud moment for me. Suwani did my Balinese massage for 90mins and kid you not, she is one of the best spa therapists I ever had in my entire life (Im a spa lover and go to the spa almost ever week, and I could prove this right). Not to mention, the wellness village is indeed Instagrammable in every turn. Definitely, ill keep coming back for more!
