This is an interesting place to know a part of the historical heritage of the Singosari Kingdom. One of a big kingdom ever at the East Java, Indonesia (Nusantara) on last century.

Memberikan banyak pengetahuan sejarah akan kerajaan yang dulunya melegenda, yaitu kerajaan singosari yang dipimpin oleh ken arok dan juga ken dedes. letaknya ditengah-tengah pemukiman penduduk. :)

Not really far from Malang and the location is just next to the road. I decided not to enter the temple as it can be seen outside.

Candi singosari adalah candi yg belum selese, dibilang belum selese karena ukiran candi baru sebagian, dalam pengerjaan, kerajaan ini terlibat peperangan sehingga pengerjaan tidak terselesaikan, ada beberapa bagian, candi singosari, termasuk arca dwarapala yg dianggap pintu gerbang kearah istana, sejarah indonesia itu kaya dan mesti dijaga

the location are very easy to find and it's a small temple.
They have 2 big statues but unfortunately the information and history related with Singosari temple + statues are limited.

Probably not worth to get there just to visit the temple, but if you're on a tour from Malang going to Madakaripura and later to Bromo, there's a good chance you'll drop there on the road. It's a 13th-century Hindu-Buddhist temple - funeral place of one of the kings. Visit is rather short as the place is quite small - appreciate some nice reliefs. A few metres from the temple grounds, there are 2 statues of giant dvarapalas - guardians of the royal cemetery.

Candi ini berada di tengah pemukiman penduduk. tempatnya sangat terawat dan bersih. candi ini merupakan salah satu peninggalan kerjaan majapahit yang masih ada sampai sekarang dengan nilai sejarah yang sangat tinggi. semoga terus terjaga dan terlestarikan
