Parkiran sepedah yg gk masuk akal... Karcis hilang didenda. Padahal udah ada stnk dan difhoto ktp. Masih aja didenda. Gk ada cara lain yg lebih baik ta buat cari tambahan... Lebih baik minta jgn atasnama denda

Panas. Mall kok ac cuma sedikit, sisanya pakai Blower besar gitu
LOL.
Toilet nya juga kotor banget. Basah ga terawat. Saya coba 3 toilet beda lantai, begitu semua.

Mall ini cukup bagus dan lengkap. Terutama ada tempat ice skating yang sangat bagus. Letak mall ini juga sangat strategis.

Mall yang terletak di pusat kota Surabaya. Terdapat mall dan convention hall. Di Grand City ini sering diselenggarakan berbagai event baik itu skala nasional maupun internasional.

Bisa dikatakan mall ini terletak di jantung kota surabaya, besar nyaman, lengkap, mulai dari outlet-outlet brand-brand ternama baik lokal maupun internasional. Aneka kulinernya dengan citarasa yang beragam benar-benar memberi kepuasan untuk memilih. Harga kulinernya pun relatif terjangkau untuk standart mall, hanya anehnya mall ini tidak terlalu ramai, bahkan di hari libur. So buat kamu-kamu yg suka nge mall namun gak tahan dengan crowdednya mall ini cocok buat kalian

Actually this mall is a nice mall, the location is really strategic at the heart of Surabaya city. But I wonder why the mall is quite quiet while actually is good choice for people who wants to come to not so busy mall.
What I like the most from this mall is they have tenants which we cannot find in other malls, also the food court there are quite varies.

Pertama kali ke Grand City dengan tujuan XXI, untuk menonton Avengers: Endgame. Kenapa grand city? Karena mall ini yang paling dekat jaraknya dengan hotel menginap.
Saya tidak menyangka, ternyata Grand City termasuk mall besar dan mewah.
Belum sempat keliling keliling, karena buru buru untuk kembali ke hotel. Mudah-mudahan di lain waktu bisa kesini lagi jika ke surabaya, hehe.

Many clothing brands inside. Looklike MBS in Singapore. Expensive mall. Instagramable places. There is ballrooms and big field for exhibition, concert and road race. Big parking space but very hot air in parking area. Very crowded in weekend. Once every year, they held Surabaya Fashion Week.
