Went for the Wine spa - massage (as walk-in) while waiting for ferry back to SG.
Wanted to try the chocolate spa at IndoThai however they are full therefore directed us to the spa secret which is just beside. Not sure if both are owned by the same boss.
The spa secret also had chocolate spa but we went for the wine spa.
The wine spa (2.5 hours; Rp 1,000,000 (SGD 100)) included foot bath, body cleansing, body massage, scrub and red wine body masque, red wine foam bath jacuzzi pool, shower, v-ratus treatment for ladies, body lotion.
The masseurs were experienced and able to understand us despite limited English.
Overall, great experience and will be back to try the other treatment next time.
Make sure to make a booking before heading down to avoid disappointment.

Highly recommended.. I will return to the spa if I have chance to go back Batam in the near future😊me and my husband including my in-laws enjoyed and happy with the service they give us..

Had a fruit spa, massage not very good. Door n locker all spoilt. Don’t even have the fruit smell at all. As compared with my last visit, this time is worse...

I have been visiting this spa for almost 5 years now. Normally make around 2 or 3 trips a year. Very clean and professional massage place with good ambience. Masseuse seem well trained.

Before going for the spa, I was experiencing a very bad pain on my back due to overwork. I was scared at first to go through the body massage as it was my first time, but the lady who massaged me was very friendly and informative. She told me what she’s going to do first so I could be prepare mentally for it. After a week from the spa day, my back still feels like I just came out of the massage room! I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Batam again.

The staffs were friendly and welcoming. However, I felt that they can reduce the waiting time. My appointment was supposed to be at 5pm however when I arrived, the rooms were not ready. So I have to wait for 30 mins which I felt, it took away the time i’m supposed to enjoy my body spa. Other than that, my body spa experience was great.

Brought my colleagues to The Spa Secret for a spa session and we all went home relaxed and refreshed. Treatments were affordable and service was good. Unfortunately there were a few power trips during the massage but that didn't affect us much. Liaised with the team via Whatsapp to make our bookings so treatments were done right after we arrived. Also, special mention to Lily and Diyanti who ensured that we were well taken care of from start to end. Very good hospitality, In fact, I'll be returning this weekend with my family this time round. 10/10 recommended!

We had an amazing experience at SPA Secret in Batam, the service is very professional, the staff are friendly and the ambience are great. The prices are affordable and treatments are really good My friends and I will definitely come back again to SPA Secret. Keep up with a good job! My therapist is Astrik, I will request for her again when I return.

Yes, our spa packages include the wet sauna (steam). But still, you can choose to include to not to include. We cater all the package depending on what our guest like.

From what I understand from my friends whi frequent Spa Secret, it doesnt provide transport service from the terminal. Usually tourists have their tour agent to bring them to Spa Secret.
However, if your group is big, perhaps you may contact the Spa Secret to fetch your group under special arrangement
