‪Went Batam 2D1N and was looking for a driver to bring us around because we saw that grab was really difficult and risky to get in Batam. Came across Iwan's private hire website and decided to contact him. Iwan's responses are prompt and even gave a SGD5 discount because I contacted him via Whatsapp. The driver that was assigned to us was Ari. Ari was really nice, easy to talk to and welcoming. He even helped us to talk with all the locals whenever we want to buy tickets for an activity or collect our layer cakes which make everything so much more smooth and fuss free. He saw that my parents were looking to buy some handbags and recommended a place nearby which sells plenty of bags and we actually managed to find something they like over there. There was zero problem communicating with both Ari and Iwan in English as well. They really made this trip smooth and enjoyable and we will definitely go back to Iwan's private hire whenever we visit Batam again!‬

‪I would recommend Pak Iwan. He is responsive to queries and helpful in answering any questions you have. I was very satisfied with the service when I brought my family to Batam. Travelling with children and elderly isn't easy and thus, having a reliable driver was a load of my mind. Plus this was our first time in Batam. Driver was helpful, friendly and would accommodate to our requests. It was a memorable trip. Thank you, Pak Iwan.‬

‪Fuss-free and easy engagement‬

‪Mr Iwan is very responsive right from the start of enquiry to confirmation. It's fuss free and smooth communication. Our assigned driver, Mr Fauzi is punctual, polite and attentive to elderly and young children. Will not hesitate to engage their service again‬

‪Just made a family trip to Batam and booked transport+ driver with Batam Private Driver. Our driver, Daniel Rionaldo is highly recommended! He speaks and comprehends English very well, was very friendly, helpful, punctual and flexible, He was also able to give very good recommendations when asked. I would give a superb 5 star and recommend him as the go-to driver if you are making a trip to Batam.‬

‪Got the driver through recommendations. Their driver Mr Indra was quite responsive to my queries & recommended well. Will engage him again when going to batam with friends or family.‬

‪This is the 2nd time we decided to engage Pak Iwan service. Since we have yound children and 2 strollers usually just in case children need a nap outsids, transportation with driver make our travelling at Batam easier especially with the great service from Pak Iwan assigned driver Daniel. He would always be the first to come down of vehicle and open the door for us even under the rain. I'm glad to come across Pak Iwan transport service and he never fail to answer promptly on our query. ‬

‪Efficient Service, Super Helpful Driver‬

‪Very efficient and travel friendly service. It was an impromptu shopping plan to batam thus I tried contacting this service the night before. Iwan replied within an hour despite the late timing and managed to provide with transportation and driver for the next day. Driver is knowledgeable about the place, and we are grateful for his recommendations. A smooth ride for our shopping day in Batam.‬

‪Very personalised service.. they also recommended good massage centre with discount! The driver was prompt and pleasant. He also recommended some hidden gems in Batam to visit and eat. Overall very happy and will patronise again. Many thanks for making our trip pleasant.‬
