I'd like to give a big shoutout to our guide Mr Fauzi and Azhari for making this trip with my girls an unforgettable one. We had so much laughter with our guide in the car despite the long journeys back and forth to places that we visited. Fauzi speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia and Indonesia fluently, which made the communication much more easier. We totally fell in love with the waterfall - Sendang Gill and Tiu Kelep Waterfall, our guide at the waterfall - Jan, even took us on an adventurous waterfall experience! Gili Trawangan was beyond beautiful to describe, however, pity it was just a day trip for us girls! Definitely recommend Lombok Hafala Tours and i cannot wait to go back there again! xx

Ari has been a fantastic guide. He doesn't just bring you on a snorkelling trip but he jumps into the water with you too! The boatmen were also our snorkel guide, so we got 2 "bodyguards" for my husband & I (we opted for the private trip). Safety is their priority & it is important as there can be many boats around when you snorkel in crowded area. They also gave us some bread to feed the fish & saw turtles up close. The trip was truly memorable one.

The guide knows where to go and respects our hope. He is very kind, careful and polite. Lombok and Gili island are very beautiful, make us relaxed. We wanna visit there soon and ask the same guid ☺️

Abang Azhari is very committed. He never failed his tasks to bring joys and fun to us. This is my 2nd time with Abang Azhari and I will definitely find him again next year for more island trips. This trip we stayed in gili trawangan where sea turtle can be easily found near the beach (maybe is turtle season). Abang Azhari will give you his best service as long as you enjoyed yourself. He is very flexible with the itinerary, just let him know where's your destination and he will lead you there =)

When we met Ari at the airport, despite our flight delay, he greeted us with a great big smile and made our Lombok experience so much better. The highlight was when we went on a hike up to Bukit Pergasingan and camp there for the night. He patiently assisted us in scaling up and down the hill, and made sure we were well fed on top! Another notable mention was when one of us left a phone at a lunch place, he quickly turn the car around and made sure the phone got back to us.

I'm with my family (4pax) during leisure vacation in lombok 4D3N on 31/8-4/9 (Malaysia Independance Day) with Hari. He very politely, knowlegeable & bring us discover the special highlight in Lombok. He recommanded many food & drink for us, especially my son's love the Ikan Bakar (Hot Spicy). We like him & he tell us all about what he knowing well.
Thanks for your service & make us meroable in Lombok. I'll highly recomanded to my country citizen(The Malaysian).

7 of us did a 2 days 1 night hike to the crater rim on Mount Rinjani. As soon as we got off from the plane at Lombok Airport we were greeted by our friend tour guide, took us for lunch and even agree to stop by some shops for us to get some snacks for a long drive to the hotel. The Hiking part was delightful having our awesome guides guiding us the whole way through and our amazing porters cooking and cleaning after us. It is truly one amazing trip to be had, therefore i highly recommends it to anyone. Asides from the wonderful service, the view from mount Rinjani is breath taking.

We did 2 tours on 2 days, our first day was the islands tour - the service was amazing and you even get a guide when snorkelling which is handy, very polite and you can adjust the trip to suit you. The second day we did the waterfalls which was just as amazing and as good service!
Prices are great for these tours, highly recommend!

I booked this tour based on the great reviews from others ... and it did not disappoint!
We first met our tour guide, Pak Ari at the Lombok Airport. He bring us for lunch at Ayam Taliwang Irama..a must try local food. On our third day in Lombok, we had a private tour from 10AM to 7PM with Pak Ari. He did a great job and made everything so easy, and I really feel like I got to see the most sights for my limited time. I saw the the beautiful beaches and tour to Sade Village. This would have been impossible to do on my own. Not to mention in this heat and the air conditioned car made all the difference between a miserable day and a great one. Pak Ari was super friendly and informative. I learned a lot from him especially about Sasak people. Thanks again to Pak Ari from Lombok Hafala.
I highly recommend anyone book a tour with Lombok Hafala Tour Guide if you are visiting Lombok! The money was well worth spending as we had an excellent overview of Lombok within a short period of time
