The experience was amazing and relaxing. I had the coconut ritual for 60 mins. Never felt so great. I had a lady by the name of Sze (may not be the right spelling). She was so professional. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed ourselves. Managed to get booking but be prepared to pay cos this is hotel spa. It's at least double the price you pay on the street.

This spa centre is quite popular so appointments are often needed, especially on weekends. Took a couple 2hr spa buffet package and it was affordably priced at 3390bht for 2pax. It is more expensive than roadside massage shops but the ambience and service is excellent and very value for money! Relaxing place to spend for a spa day. Highly recommend their facials as well, came out with a smooth and radiant complexion! Will come again next time.

1st visit to this spa center with our friends. It was a really great and relaxing experience. We were greeted by the welcoming staff/ receptionist. The spa therapist was also very friendly, experienced and skillful. I will for sure go back again when in Hatyai!

I did my research and read reviews on spas before heading to Hatyai and Cense Spa was my top choice. I visited the place a day ahead to make a booking and to ensure it is as what is written in the reviews. I was greeted warmly by Ms Thanakorn the receptionist who helped me with the booking and answered all my questions amicably. Cense spa was definitely a serene and tranquil place where you can rest, release and unwind in privacy. A very experienced massage therapist, Ms Ankana attended to me throughout the 2 hours session, a very polite and courteous lady and very skillful indeed. Upon arrival you will be ushered to the ladies where you can change into a clean robe provided and keep your personal belongings in a locker before going to the private massage room. I would say the experience was truly therapeutic and calming and worth every baht!!

A very popular Spa in Hatyai. Suggest to book early to avoid disappointment. We almost missed it as it was full the day we went and we were to fly off the following noon. Thanks to the very accommodating staff who arranged to start us early the next morning (before operating hours).
Environment gives one a peaceful and tranquil feeling the moment you step in.
Customers get to choose from the 3 selection of massage oil. And a simple questionnaire to fill up before the session to understand your health, allergies and preference of massage strength.
We occupied a couple room and enjoyed 2 hrs of rejuvenating experience. We will definitely visit if we come to Hat Yai again. Thumbs up!

4th time staying here as a transit before we continue our journey. I like everything abt this hotel except for the parking bay which is too narrow and steep.Hotel very clean and staff friendly.

Been to a few spas and massage parlours during my stay at Hat Yai and Cense is easily at the top of my list. It may not offer the cheapest rates in town but you are paying for the excellent ambience, professional service and expert therapists. Will definitely come back here on my next visit.

Definitely a worthy trip to loosening those tight shoulders after stressful months
The friendliness of the staffs, very nice ambiance just perfect for those who really need pampering. Not to mention, the price also very much affordable!
