Didn't go to Redtanks just yet. Met Hoey, the barterder, or more appropriately the top of the class mixologist, at his temporary pop up in Captain Hook Resort, Koh Kut. I literally traveled the world and hardly every find cocktails that r so original and delicious as his. As a Thai, i'm so proud to see how he geniously use local ingredients to make such a perfect concoction. He's also very friendly and caring for customers, fun and generous. Drink his cocktails even if u r not a big fan of them. His creation will change ur perspective and taste for coctails forever. Thumbs up, Hoey. Keep us update of where u go to mix. I'm becoming ur fan.

Food was very Excelent! Large selection of tasty dishes to satisfy everyone's appetite. Good Food Good Quality & Good Price what more can one ask for?

มันก็เป็นผับ บาร์ทั่วไปนั้นล่ะ มีเหล้า มีเบียร์ขาย ค็อกเทลของเขาก็อร่อย รสชาติดี ลูกค้าฝรั่งมีบ้าง คนไทยก็เยอะ บรรยากาศแนวสตรีทอ่ะ

I am not good at reviews, all I can say is that this is classical circle type of place, like love and hate relationship. You will love it sooo much you wont be able to go anywhere else and that will bring you down to hate it, but dont worry coz the owner make you love it again very quickly. Go there and smile, you will be in for a good nite out people :)

The only bad thing about this place, is that I didn't discover it until I had lived in Kanchanaburi for over a year! The drinks are amazing, pretty much the best I've had anywhere in the world, and the prices are absolutely unbeatable. The owner, the atmosphere, the drinks - it all far surpasses anything else Kanchanaburi has to offer in the bar and hang out department. You'll also find the perfect mix of Thai locals, foreign locals and travelers, which means there's always someone interesting to talk to.

We were walking down the street and we were captured by the music and the lovely atmosphere! Every small details is so perfect. Hoey,the owner,is friendly and so careful with clients. If you pass by kanchanaburi you can't miss it ! Must try the drink with citronella and rose petals!! ENJOY !!

Getrokken door de leuk uitziende tent (garage) en naar binnen gegaan om de lokale whisky te proeven.
Eenmaal besteld kwam de eigenaar er zelf bijzitten. Relaxte vent! Na leuke gesprekken, complementary refill's en wat shotjes gegaan.

Meget spændende bar, hvor værten i den grad har indrettet stedet unikt og med et personligt aftryk.
Bare det er et besøg værd i sig selv :-)
Drinksene er et helt kapitel for sig. Unikke og med en fantastisk smag. Prøvede tre forskellig, og de var alle super gode.
Helt klart et besøg værd, nå du kommer til Kanchanaburi.

The bar, the owner, the cocktails are reasons make me always remember about and definitely come back again soon.
I was invited to the bar by the owner, he's very friendly and persuasive. I decided to go to the bar and really had a good time. Most of customers are Thai people, very funny and crazy. The owner is an artist literally: he draws, he makes cocktails and he lives in art.
I wish to come back soonest and wish your bar would be loved by more &more friends.
Next times, i want to try many kinds of cocktails!

This cocktail bar is THE reason to go to Kanchanaburi. Forget the Bridge, forget the cemetery, forget the Erawan Waterfalls!
Go to the Redtanks Bar and have the BEST COCKTAIL(S) YOU'LL EVER HAVE. Fresh spices, fresh fruit, such a nice guy, very cool setting and ok, I don't really like this kind of clubby music, but hey, the whole setting just makes it work.
GO FOR IT, and print the taste of those FRIKKIN FANTASTIC cocktails in your head.
You won't EVER drink a cocktail like that AGAIN (unless you wanna spend a plain ticket to BKK to return to Kanchanaburi. Which I would definitely do - if I had the money).
