I was going with my friends. 3 couples. We booked the Coconut lover package.
We were separated into 3 rooms; 1 room for a couple; 1 room for 2 of the guys; 1 room for 2 of the ladies including me. That is because the spa centre has 2 male workers & they had to be with our guys.
Worst things as following,
1. My friend & I were asked to pass by the other room when we were naked with just a towel covering our bodies. & the room is having my friends who were naked & massaging. We were asked to use the steamer area at the balcony (not a room, it is just a banner covering a steam machine). Totally not making any sense
2. The package saying round-trip travel service is included. But then they were telling us that the return is not included.
3. The total package is 3 hours. We only did 2.5 hours. The spa centre insist it is a 2.5 hours treatment even we show them the booking with black & white.
In short, you will be as speechless as me & my friend if you go there. I have never experience such worst spa before. Don't even need to mention about how bad the massage is

Most of the SPA salons ( with private rooms, not like those road side massage shops) in Krabi are in the Ao Nang area, but just a few choices. Supply is even more limited in the Krabi Town area. I came across this Panchiva Spa by chance when pass-by the fruit night market. No people in the salon when I got in as it is not on the main street, so I could enjoy a silent and nice Aroma Massage treatment session without waiting. Honestly you cannot compare it with those big spa centres in Bangkok but a rather great choice in Krabi Town.

They said they were ready to take is straight away, but then weren't. They used delaying tactics of tea and then a foot spa which was a bit boring but not unpleasant. When we got the actual massage it was very good. Would have given give stars if they hadn't deceived us about the expected wait.

Worst place I’ve ever been. UNPOLITE and UNRESPECTFULL staff. NO EMPATHY AT ALL. I booked a massage for me and my boyfriend. As they told us, we gave them the bond for the massage. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got very very sick. I spoke with them to change the date of the massage. Finally we had to go to the hospital and do the overnight. In the morning I tried to talk with the staff to explain them the situation. ( my boyfriend was still in the hospital and if I could cancel the massage, and give me de bond back. I wouldn’t do that in any other situation but it wasn’t our choice to stay in the hospital) The staff trated me like a real and absolutely bad. One of the staff give me half of the bond in a very bad way, and they went to lie on the sofa which is behind the reception. It was absolutely degrading. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERViCE. I would never come back again ( and it was my 5 time there, in two different trips)

Le spa est très propre, bien décoré et les employés sont attentionnés. Avant de débuter le massage, on nous a offert un breuvage froid (semblable à un thé) et nous avons reçu un bain de pieds bien apprécié. Mon conjoint et moi avons pris un massage thaï de 60 min. pour 350 bath/personne. Le prix indiqué est à 400 bath/personne mais nous avons pu facilement négocié le prix à 350 bath puisque nous étions deux. (La majorité des salons de massage affiche les massage thaï de 60 min. à 300 bath mais la qualité du salon est nettement inférieure.) La pression exercée lors du massage était parfaite autant pour moi que pour mon conjoint. La salle de massage est à l'étage donc très tranquille (on entend pas les véhicules dans la rue ni les clients entrer dans le spa). L'air climatisée est à la bonne température pour que nous puissions profiter pleinement de notre massage. Après le massage, on nous a offert un thé détoxifiant que l'on a pu boire tranquillement. Nous avons très aimé notre expérience au spa Panchiva et nous le recommandons fortement. De plus, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix, je ne suis pas déçue du tout d'avoir choisi ce spa.

We had one afternoon in krabi after snorkeling on an island close by. We decided to take a massage and it was great. We had the aroma therapy massage and i fell great. The massage was really good and I keep on smiling (2h after). I fully recommend this place! Enjoy a massage here!

Lieu impeccable, prix imbattable (dans la moyenne de ce que l'on peut trouver en Asie), staff extrêmement serviable et agréable, grand confort et sensation de détente et relaxation présente du début à la fin. Je recommande fortement !
L'établissement propose de nombreux services, comme l'achat de billets d'avion/taxi ou la location de vélos en plus du massage, mais ne vous laissez pas tromper : les masseuses et masseurs qui y travaillent sont très professionnels !

Aangezien het regende in Krabi en we een lange reis erop hadden zitten besloten we een lekkere back/neck/shoulder massage te nemen. We vonden via TripAdvisor Panchiva Spa en besloten erheen te gaan.
Het begon allemaal een beetje ongemakkelijk, maar uiteindelijk werden we voorzien van heerlijke, wel koude, thee. Vervolgens mochten we boven plaatsnemen en eerst onze voetjes in warm water laten weken.
Hierna volgde onze massage. Het was een af en toe pijnlijke af en toe lekkere massage. Het leek alsof onze nek aan het einde vast zat, maar deze werd uiteindelijk volledig losgemasseerd. Al met al een goede massage. Aan het eind voorzien van dit keer lekkere warme thee met schijfjes ananas!
Het enige wat gedurende de massage vervelend was is dat de dames met elkaar aan het kletsen waren en op een gegeven moment ook iemand aan de telefoon hadden. Ze konden ongetwijfeld goed multitasken, maar het hoorde niet echt bij de ontspannen setting. Verbeterpuntje dus ;)

Contratamos el detox, fueron cuatro horas, instalaciones de primera, personal super profesional, la propietaria del negocio estuvo todo el tiempo al pendiente, es un buen precio por lo que recibes, uno solo debe asistir y relajarse, ellos se encargan de lo demas, no debes preocuparte por algo. Contratamos el servicio a traves de una pagina de tours, y nos mandaron trasporte desde el muelle ida y regreso. Altamente recomendable.

Awesome massage. The best one hour and a half massage that I've ever had. Staff and service very nice. If you're looking for a good thai massage, place and staff, you must try in this place.
