The transfer in Antalya did not work. No driver there. No contact person. Nix. We will take 724 transfers again in the future.

Wasn’t Turkey but Budapest. Booked a mini bus for 5 passengers with suitcases - was initially impressed with booking system and confirmation showing mini bus for 5 plus suitcases, message when we arrived at airport as to where to meet (all going well so far) waited about half hour and the driver arrived… in a standard car! No way would we fit! He lifted up a small seat at the back and 1 adult got in to which he then proceeded to load suitcases around her - not safe! He then phoned the company realising no room for us all and suitcases - passed phone to me and I was informed it wasn’t their fault and that they did not have mini busses! I showed the confirmation of booking mini bus for 5 with luggage to the driver and again be told not their fault - driver got in the car and left! Had to book other transport to and for return from hotel! Out of pocket! We have complained to the company and hoping to be refunded! Wish I’d read the reviews before booking! Hard lesson learnt! Avoid!!

Booked a minibus for 5 people with 5 cases. They sent a standard sized car. company has tried saying this is our fault even though we have all the correct information on our booking. we are now out of pocket as we had to book different transfers otherwise we would have been stranded at the airport. Avoid at all costs!!

Communication was excellent
Overall, a very smooth transfer from Antalya Airport to destination

Website is easy to use. Had a fab price from hoppa which was booked immediately. ( pickup from dubai Airport to our destination with return service too. There service was excellent from start to finish with clean non smoking cars & friendly service throughout. Thanks again for your help.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is totally incompetent and also dangerous, they will charge you and leave you with no transportation or worse, pick you up in a trashed broken vehicle! We experienced both! Had Hoppa transfers set up through our travel agency.
Our flight was delayed and when we called Hoppa (with a couple hours notice) they told us they needed 24hrs to change a pickup time... So, we needed to know that our flight would be delayed the day before it took off?!? When we quoted their pickup voucher that stated "call in the case of a delay", they told us that they wouldn't deal with us because we needed our travel agency to call them because it was booked through them even though we had the voucher and all ref. numbers. Well, they left us at the airport with no ride when we arrived in Italy. Cost is an additional €120,00.
Upon leaving Italy, we called 24 hours in advance to change the pick up time because they weren't giving us enough time to get to the airport/security etc. for an international flight and they told us they would get back to us. Never did!
We had no choice but to take the transfer to the airport they had set up.
The driver showed up in a 25 year old car with a broken front seat that was collapsed into the rear seat, so I had to ride in the front. The brake lights didn't work and every time the driver stopped he put on the hand lights!! The car was also so dirty that we needed a shower after getting out.
We eventually got to the airport, after taking several detours because the driver kept saying he knew a better way than the highway. Never again!
Be warned, do not trust Hoppa or anything they claim to represent.

We booked directly through hoppa for a transfer from Mallorca airport. There was a booth at the airport and we were directed to our bus. We did wait about 50 mins for the bus to set off while waiting for people but if you book a budget transfer this is to be expected. We were given a pick up time 24 hours before departure and the bus arrived on time to take us back to the airport. Friendly drivers.

Abysmal. The day before I am returning from holiday having booked a return transfer from my hotel to Palmer Airport. I received no confirmation of my pick up time the only way I could contact Hoppa was via WhatsApp. They told me to phone the taxi company directly it then turns out that the taxi company went out of business months ago I then tried to contact hoppa again hoping they can rearrange and they put me in a queue on WhatsApp saying that they will respond within 14 days. I’m now stranded having to pay extra for a taxi. This company is hopeless and not to be relied. Avoid!

I cancelled the ride with Hoppa as they wanted to pick us up 30 minutes walk from our hotel. What with suitcases I think is very far. I was supposed to get all my money back and I still don't have it today. It has been 3 weeks now....

No one came to pick us up. No contact, no info. Left by ourselves, despite paying in advance with Loveholiday. Really do not recommend

Hi I found out from the ticket Hoppa sent me, the name of the Turkish transfer company that is supposed to pick me up. I wonder if people realise you need to ask for the Turkish company on arrival not hoppa

Hi I booked a transfer for August 2020 and then cancelled due to it not being safe enough for me to holiday this year.. they hold a voucher for me for £9+ towards next transfer..the price for next year transfer in a shared shuttle has gone up to £73!!!! One way?? Help.. now they are impossible to get hold of.. sent an email for them to confirm the ridiculous price change and still no communication.. has anyone else experienced this.. thanks Linda

I was lucky got a full refund after their no show.As it is only £9 I would not bother but suggest that you post a scathing review to warn others

To be honest, we had a great service from time of booking, ease etc to when we arrived in Antalya where they were extremely efficient.

I have used hoppa on a couple of occasions , and never had a problem until my last booking in January 2018 , after making the booking , paid a deposit and never thought about it , knowing the balance needed to be paid closer to the time of holiday .
Then in march 2018 two months after booking I get an e mail saying that my destination wasn't quite correct although the villa I'm going to stated "calpe" in its address, I then rang the company and was informed I need to cancel my original booking and re book changing the destination by a couple of miles , to which I did . Then going through all the details the price went up by £128 , I have sent them an e mail complaining as they could have informed me earlier and I feel they have sat on this knowing the closer it gets to going the dearer the price gets. As yet still no reply
