Aussi appelée Vallée Rose, je l'ai parcourue après être passé dans la Vallée Rouge. Cette vallée recèle des cheminées de fées en forme de "coulures" et on peut voir différentes couleurs du tuf (jaune, blanc, rose).

Der Weg führt durchs wunderschöne Taubental. mit Kinderwagen ungeeignet. Trittsicherheit nötig. unterwegs hat es ein sympathischen Teegarten, ideal für eine Pause. Dauer ca. 1-1.5 h.

Een mooie vallei, bestaande uit 3 delen. Er is een mooi wandelpad aanwezig wat helaas niet helemaal een afsluitende wandeling mogelijke maakte. Hierdoor moest je dezelfde weg terug, of een shortcut met wat risico.

Met al de moeite waard en wat minder toeristisch dan de andere plaatsen.

We walked from our hotel Sultan Cave Suites up to the Open Air Museum traversing all the caves and pigeon houses along the way. Then we went back down along the Sword Valley, this part is an amazing walk through skinny yet deep gorges. Absolutely recommend this it is amazing.

Vadi Sessiz ve sakin bir vadidir daha çok at ve araçlar ile gezmek için kullanılır Ata binişlerde burada yapılır,turistik bir bölgedir. Rehber ve turistlerin işletmelerin bulunduğu bir yerdir.

Gulludere is a pretty big and long valley famous for its rock formations, prevailing in whitish color.
We had a better view of it from our morning balloon flight than when we later came here with our rented car.

The landscape around Goreme is really beautiful and fascinating, and "out of this world". The fairy chimneys, the colours, the rocks, the valleys - its really magical and unique. Walking seems the best way to discover the valleys. Choose what you do and how far you go, depending on your level of fitness, of the season when you visit, how steep you like it etc.
We are not very fit and dont like steep paths, so we opted to see the beautiful rose valley (and other valleys around Goreme) only from above, but still it was beautiful and we very much enjoyed it.

Kapadokya bölgesinde bir çok yere göre daha sessiz ve sakin bir yer yoğunluktan kaçmak ve manzara izlemek için güzel bir yer tavsiye ederim

Rose Valley daha ziyade şirketler içindir.Göreme milli parkı içinde önemli bir yer tutar.Balon-deve-ATV vs tutkunları için burası ticari bölgedir.Amaç peri bacaları ise Göreme merkez-Zemi vadisi ve Göreme tepeden Panorama dedikleri noktadan Göreme'yi seyretmektir.Ben her daim Rose Valley'e gitsemde,birşey göreceğimden değil,alışkanlık.Sol taraftaki beyaz topraklı bölümü severim.Erciyes'in muhtemelen 60 milyon yıl önce volkanik iken püskürttüğü lav'ların bunca yıl oluşturduğu oluşumlar ve toz bulutu.Araçlar ve çok fazla ATV çok toz yapıyor.Kesinlikle GÖR vermem,tavsiye-Evet,gidilebilir.Ferah-geniş-egzotik bir havası var.

We were there in April this year and did a two hour walk through Rose Valley on our own. We did not need a guide and it was absolutely beautiful. There were other walkers we passed and I did not notice any guides with them either. The track was clear and not possible to get lost. We even passed a small cafe that sold cool drinks which was a surprise. We were a couple aged 60 and had no trouble with the terrain in the section we did. Do not miss it, it is stunning.

Is Urgurp the same location as Gerome? Urgurp has the caves and Gerome has hot air balloons? What about Cappadocia?

Urgurp and Goreme are simply two different towns in Cappadocia. I personally slept in Goreme and went to the so called Red Tour (bus tour with guide) and one of the stops are in Urgurp. I think the best places to sleep when you visit Cappadocia are Goreme and Nevsehir because they're close to any activity you're planning to do (air balloons, hiking, bus tours, quad, etc.)
If you're planning to visit Turkey, believe me: do not miss Cappadocia!
