Everyone in Dowry Carpet was amazing during our visit. We went in to look and not purchase because of space in our luggage. They went above and beyond to show us carpets to find the "perfect one". I think we saw almost every rug in the store before I could decide on one. Our favorite carpet was shipped and at our house in the United States before we got back from Turkey. I will be ordering all our rugs from them in the future!

My wife and I visited Cappadocia in October to celebrate her birthday and found Dowry Carpet on our last day. It's a small shop, easy to miss, but they have an amazing variety of carpets in many different styles, colors, and fabrics to choose from. We were greeted by Ozgur (Oscar), who treated us like VIP customers from the moment we entered. Honestly, we didn't intend to return home with a carpet, but after meeting Ozgur, it was an easy decision. He took care of shipping it to us and it really is a beautiful addition to our home. It really represents a happy memory of our trip and of meeting Ozgur. Next time you're in Cappadocia, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Dowry Carpet. You will be very well taken care of by the team there and happy you dropped by.

good quality carpet with reasonable price. friendly warm welcoming and driving back to hotel with our carpets. 좋은 카페트 합리적인 가격에 살 수 있었어요. 2022년 여름에 투어 중 산 카페트와 비슷한 것을 거의 반값에 살 수 있었어요 추천합니다!

We went in to just see carpets with no intention of buying but we ended up buying ourselves the most beautiful souvenir from Cappadocia. We couldn’t resist owning an absolutely beautiful carpet with impeccable quality. If you do visit Cappadocia, do make the time to visit dowry because you will not find such quality elsewhere. (Even our cat loved the carpet! ) I must also say what made our experience memorable is the friendliness of the people who work there and how accommodating they are. If you do visit Cappadocia, i highly recommend that you do make the time to pass by Dowry carpets.

Thank you Özgür and Dowry Carpets for the two beautiful carpets I purchased there!! Özgür was very knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with as I looked through many of his beautiful options. He encouraged me to think about them and come back later to finish the purchase to make sure they were really the right carpets for me. He shipped them directly to my house via FedEx and kept in communication to make sure they arrived safely. I highly recommend him and his shop! After working with Özgür I’m excited to have a trusted person I can shop for carpets with from home via photos. Although it would be much more fun to visit his shop in person in the beautiful Cappadocia region! Thank you Özgür!!

Came here with my whole family after reading so much good reviews about the shop. We were welcomed very warmly and even though we said that we did not want to buy a carpet, we were shown many carpets to appreciate. In the end, we ended up buying a 2X3m silk carpet at a very affordable price (I suspect due to it being an older design). Price is inclusive of freight back to Singapore. Wleverything was good and we received the Tracking number thru Whatsapp and we received the carpet on at our doorstep about 6 days later. What a great pruchase and experience.

Ozgur was a very friendly and nice person showing me all the beautiful carpets he have, I bought a couple for souvenirs. He has got multiple choices and good price. I’m happy with my purchase and experience.

I was in Goreme Cappadocia 4 years ago and bought carpet with Ozgur. I was satisfied with the good quality of the carpet so on my recent visit in Goreme I bought more carpets. I love the hand made unique designs, very helpful and friendly service.
