Very professional balloon operator from pick up to drop back. Great communication and loved the champagne celebration at the end to top off the trip.
This was a family trip that we were all so excited for and it didn’t disappoint. Lots to see and oh so quiet up there!!!

The hot air balloon ride is an experience of a lifetime and Turquaz balloon company are the best in business. They are well organized and extremely professional. Our pilot Abdullah made the entire experience even more smooth and unforgettable.

5 star experience from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the office for check-in (pilot assignment & payment) and breakfast. From there we were driven to the takeoff point and got to watch our balloon (and all the many around us) get inflated. We boarded the balloon and took off! Our pilot Yehya was great and he explained different parts of history and pointed out the landmarks for us, and even took us down into love valley. After landing, we had a little ceremony with champagne, orange juice, hot chocolate and cake. We also received little certificates and clay medals! Incredible experience overall and would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful hot air balloon ride with Turquaz. The driver came to pick us up from hotel on time. The crews had prepared light refreshments for us before flight. The ride was safe and stable. The pilot had took us to many different locations both close-ups and high-ups with different views. The sunrise watching in the sky was amazing! And, It was unforgettable experience to see many balloons flying together. Lastly, we also had a brief celebration ceremony! Thanks the team for the great flight!

Amazing experience, Yahay was an incredible pilot, the team and overall experience was incredible, I would recommend it, specially if you are staying at Carus Capaddocia since you get a discount and also premium ballon (16 people only)

I stayed in Cappadocia for 3 nights, the balloon tour was cancelled twice, I was finally able to get on on the third morning.
The balloon ride was the best memory of this trip for me. The color of the sky and the sight of so many balloons flying was like a dream. I wanted to ride it once in my life. Now I hope to visit Cappadocia again and ride a balloon.
Also, Their chat response was quick and very helpful!

Flying with Turquaz Balloons in Cappadocia was a magical and unforgettable adventure. From the warm welcome and light breakfast to breathtaking sunrise views over fairy chimneys and valleys, every moment was exceptional. The skilled pilot, Yahya, and co-pilot, Ibrahim, ensured a smooth, safe flight while sharing fascinating insights about the region, blending beauty with education. The 20-person group size felt intimate and well-organized. After landing, a champagne toast and flight certificate added thoughtful touches to the experience. Turquaz Balloons’ excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I would highly recommend.

We booked online and flew recently. It was informed during the booking that if the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, the money will be refunded.

Minimum 4- 6 persons/group ( is more expensive) maximum 16 persons/group…. If you want is more economic, but I recommended.

I'm planning to visit Istanbul for 5 days in October with my husband and would love to do this hot air balloon. How early do I have to book? And is there any chance I can book this tour including air tickets from Istanbul, once I arrived to the country?

It’s worth saying that it takes time to get to Cappadocia. It’s an hour from Istanbul to Ataturk airport, then a 1hr 15 min flight, then 1 hr transfer to Goreme. You’d have to go the night before and get a hotel because the balloon ride picks you up at 3:30am 😳 and it’s finished by 7:30am. Then you have to get back to Istanbul. So if you have 5 days, Cappadocia would take at least 2 days out of your trip. Hope that helps you decide. Turkish airlines fly to Nevşehir from Ataturk very cheaply.

It was said to us that now prices were fixed but my recommendation is to ask in your hotel directly and negotiate. If you know someone who can flight tomorrow let me know.. I have to go I already paid and book..

I am coming in December for one day only. What are chances of flight not being done and I have to go back without a flight :( I will be there on 10 December to be precise?
Also how many people do you take in one flight and do you have any equipment/drone for photo while on the flight?

About chances it depends on weather... if it's windy they will cancel flights. We were a Group of 10 people. Didn't see any drone... we used our cameras and phones.

Hello.
Our take off place is normaly in the mıddle of Goreme valley, however sometimes we choose another point ın conformity of the wind.
Our standart flights are normally 1 hour efective flıght, unless some security reasons we have to land before that.
