Thu and her staff were sooooo nice to us. I went twice with my girlfriend and we had different types of massages.
Thu makes an effort to speak to you and finds out exactly what massage you want, hard or soft and which parts of the body to focus on. Her english is excellent and we negotiated a great price each time. Would definitely recommend to anyone and just ignore the fake reviews from people who have only left one review!

My experience at this massage shop was very good and at a reasonable price for the attention I got. The masseuse lady was strong yet gentle as she manipulated the deep tissue of my muscles. The outcome was a rewarding and relaxing sleep that night as my body recovered from many miles of trekking.

Thu was very welcoming when I approached the building looking at the menu. She offered a 60 minute Vietnamese massage and asked if I wanted any specific areas to be focused. Very kind and very professional, definitely recommend.

I don't understand how this place got such great reviews. I got a 60 minute foot massage, which ended up being 50 minutes when I declined the massage for my shoulders. Cleanliness is questionable, and the massage was not relaxing at all. The staff are rude rude rude, which ruined the experience.

You have been completed Fabricated and say wrong the truth .Previous experience learned, we have checked the email and the source of the guest, not like your review...We are really surprised..You have a competition , jealousy, not to do..Hope you can stop!!

The massage was absolutely wonderful. The girls were very professional and friendly..I asking for strong pressure massage,and she followed my request , I really like this place, I will come back,when I come to hoi an again!!❤️❤️

I really enjoyed this massage! I got a back, neck and shoulder massage for only $12 for 60 minutes. The masseuse got deep into my knots without being too harsh and even put tigerbalm on my chest because I had a cold! Very considerate and the receptionist was super nice :) Highly recommend! I am so relaxed.

At first, I was happy with this place because the people were friendly and gave good massages at a good price.
However, after my massage, in the room, I tipped the lady a small amount (I have had a rough time at work and money is super tight for me and I needed this massage) and SHE SHOUTED AT ME AND SAID "NO!" She went all aggressive and kept lashing out at me demanding a bigger minimum tip.

According to your review , I checked the Camera again and found that The guests after using the service at Gerberas spa were very satisfied and happy..I don't understand why you made a negative comment..Hope you reconsider.. Thank you!
