試飲セットが無かった...。小サイズが300mlぐらいなので、いろんなビールを楽しめたら良いのに。席は見学者用に半分くらい予約にしてて、テラスか内部(ちょっと薄暗いので店員さんの案内が欲しかった)で好きな席に勝手に座っていいらしい。注文は紙に書いて渡す方法で、良い意味で放置。時間なかったのでパテをつまみに１杯飲みました。なんのパテだったかな？そういう説明も特に無かったです。

Great location and the beer garden is amazingly cool! We made it our lunch stop and I think most of us would have rather eaten Japanese food. UAT the beer was fantastic! Well worth checking out and we had a blast but my recommendation is to eat somewhere else beforehand.

運河沿い、小樽倉庫にあるビールの醸造所です。
無料で工場見学ができるのですが無料なのに内容は思った以上に濃かったです。
麦芽を生で食べられたり、工場内のタンクや、発酵前のこれからビールになる麦汁（甘い！）なども試飲できます。
土曜は醸造責任者のヨハネス・ブラウンさんはお休みですが、平日はバリバリビール造りをしているところを見られるそうです。
見学後はぜひ併設されたビアホール「小樽倉庫No.1」でビールを飲みましょう。

German style Hofbrau complete with music and atmosphere. Good food and good beer. Service was fast and friendly. Nice views of the canal.

Good beer. Ok food. Bad atmosphere. Average service. Unless you are dying to drink otaru beer (which you can get other places) I would pass

Loved the beer. Wish we could order food.
But no service provided. Waited 30 mins for someone to take our order. While 3 others tables, that arrived well after us, had order taken and food and beverages served.

Felt like being in bavaria, very interesting. Couldn't see the tour, no signage for start location, was basically a restaurant and shop, great beer!

Didn’t enjoy our visit to this location at all. Took a long time to get our beers which we wanted to drink outside along the canal. Would imagine a bar needs someone in attendance at all times and not taking drinks to various tables, leaving the bar vacant. The entire place seemed unloved with weeds outside (neighbouring warehouses didn’t use the rear area so they were all overgrown, outside plastic chains connecting chairs to tables - some chains were so short you couldn’t move the chair, fake flowers falling apart inside and beer was only so so. It might be past its prime. We didn’t eat there.

小樽運河沿いにある小樽ビールの醸造所。店内の真ん中に醸造釜があり、オブジェかと思いきや、実際に醸造していて、作業を見ながらビールを飲むのも楽しい。料理も美味しいですよ。

店外にビール工場の見学ができるようなことが書いてあったのですが、残念ながら、夜飲むような時刻には見学はできませんでした。見学もしたい人は早めの時間に行った方がよいです。
