Jika anda menjadi turis di Pulau Langkawi, Malaysia dan ingin mengikuti Misa Kudus Mingguan, bisa datang ke kapel Ave Stella Maris ini di pusat kota Bandar Kuah yang mudah ditemukan via google maps, meski secara fisik gedung sangat sederhana karena di kompleks pertokoan 2 lantai, tanpa penanda salib di luar tapi secara spirits ini adalah gereja yang luar biasa dengan hadirat Tuhan yang sungguh terasa, para pengurus gereja bersama Pastor yang akan memimpin misa menyambut umat yang datang sebelum misa, petugas hospitality nya sangat ramah mencarikan tempat duduk, petugas liturgi dan musiknya sangat bersemangat dalam melayani misa, sebelum misa berakhir diberikan sambutan khusus bagi umat tamu/turis dan diberikan souvenir kartu doa.
Perlu diketahui bahwa misa mingguan dilaksanakan pada jam 20.00 malam karena di langkawi minggu adalah hari kerja, hari liburnya adalah jum'at.
Semoga Tuhan Yesus selalu memberkati Kapel Ave Stella Maris, amin

We visited this church for the Sunday 8 p.m. mass. Very good community spirit, good participation among the faithful and visitors. Happy to have had the opportunity to do the Way of the Cross before Mass as it was the season of Lent.

The church held 1000 parishioners. The singing was truly joyous, up lifted the spirits. The vaulted solid wooden ceiling, displaying the rich timber of Sarawak.

It’s been our practice to attend masses at all the churches we visited. Sunday mass started at 8pm. The parishioners are very friendly and we felt welcomed. Happened that on 10th September, the mass was celebrated by a priest from Thailand. Short mass, simple but meaningful.

We came for Sunday mass here at 8pm. Before mass, there was praise and worship. The chapel occupies 2 shoplots and mass was celebrated on the ground floor. Music was quite lively with the youths playing a variety of instruments like guitars and electric organ. Although a very small catholic community, the place was fairly packed and celebrations were quite lively. This is the only chapel for catholics to attend mass on Sundays in Langkawi. Ample parking outside the chapel. We came during Ramadan and there was a Ramadan bazaar nearby in the evening which was crowded.

Den 25. December 2017 kl 10 var vi til en vedkommende og inspirerende julegudstjeneste. Jeg følte mig velkommen af menigheden og opløftet da jeg gik.

Attended Sunday mass at the only CatholicChurch in Langkawi yesterday. Small congregation. One mass only on Sunday 8pm. Easy to find.

We visited the church during the last Sunday of ADVENT. The Church mass starts at 8pm and the small congregation is very welcoming.

A small and very friendly congregation. Currently there is only one mass at 8pm on Sunday evening held in two shop lots. There are plans for a new church building. Do join them for Sunday mass if you are in Langkawi.
