Went here on a Saturday noon with my bf for my birthday . It was a great start of the day for me.

The shop:
1) The cafe host greeted us and use a sanitizer spray on our hands and body.
2) The shop cleanliness is at a tip-top condition.

The Food :
3) While waiting for our turn to meet the dogs, we had a slice of cake and a complimentary coffee. It was great. The cake have a good texture, good flavour (I don't think I have sweet tooth) and the coffee is great as well.

The Experience :
1) They assists and informs us on the dos and don'ts which is very helpful.
2) The dogs are trained. So they are VERY WELCOMING and after that, they all lay down and let us pat them.
3) The hosts are very friendly and attentive, they are able to talk to us about the dogs and some facts about them. Very informative indeed. They are sharp and always alert on all the dogs. They were super cheerful and helpful. If we'd like to pat a specific dog, they will call/bring the dog to come to us. They will also help us to take the photos for us.

The dogs are very comfortable with the hosts so I can tell the dogs trusts them. The dogs just let you pat or hug them. I pretty much had an amazing time here. Would come again for sure.
One funny discovery I made is.. I'm not allergic to dogs!

Overall the time spent with the huskies was valueable and i can see they're well trained.
The host was very attentive towards the surrounding of each dog and also very informative.
I'd also like to touch on how wonderful the coffee and cake is. It is very splendid. Will come again with my gf.

It was adorable to see those big huskies waging their tails and friendly. Although they feel tired and do often in nap time on afternoon, it was nice to have a time touch those thick fur and get selfies together. We do strictly wear face mask during the MCO.

The place is well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly and informative. The huskies are well trained. There are time slot to play with the huskies. Is better to make reservation.

Myself and my boyfriend booked huskiss well in advance as it was somewhere that caught our eye when planning our backpacking trip and we didn’t want to miss out.
Upon arrival we bought some drinks and waited about 10 minutes for the dogs to be brought into the petting area. They keep each session down to fairly small groups so the pups are not overwhelmed, (around 8 max I think).
There was 8 of us and we all had good quality time with them. The staff were great at making sure we could cuddle and stroke the dogs, keeping them calm and relaxed around all the new faces. They never forced the dogs into sitting with us and let them roam around freely, and if they wanted water or to leave the room one of the staff would allow them to do so.
At the end we were able to take a group photo with the whole pack which was a lovely momento of an amazing afternoon spent with some amazing pups.

It is an amazing place and must visit place for husky lovers. The huskiss were well trained and very calm. Anybody can play with them very easily. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Entry price is RM 25 but it is worth it. You need to reserve your date and time one day before through their facebook page. And pay when you will be there physically on that selected slot.

If you like to see dogs being dragged by their necks, pinched and pushed into sitting down, and generally being abused then this is the place for you.
They were dragging the poor dogs across the floor by their necks, forcing them to sit down by pinching them and shoving them down so they could be petted, let children pull their tails and didn't ask them to stop. When we complained to the staff we were laughed at, and they continued to justify the treatment of the dogs by saying people want to pet them. The dogs had no access to water and were pacing by the door to get out of the room they were locked in so people could stroke them. A place which puts the customer before the animals welfare should not be allowed to continue. The dogs were visibly distressed, depressed and nervous and didn't want to be stroked by anyone, so the staff forced them into it. The staff openly admitted that the dogs do not like children but could not see the problem with letting children do whatever they wanted to the dogs. They value money over the dogs happiness and this place has no regulation. It is animal cruelty and should be shut down. When we were explaining how angry we were at what we had seen, we were told in a sarcastic tone 'thanks for the feedback'. We all left this establishment incredibly upset and deflated by seeing all of those unhappy dogs. Please don't support animal cruelty.

It is a great place for dog lover and the huskies are so cute ! Their services are good and their staff are friendly as well. I will definitely come back again with my friends !
