Was staying at the le meridian and this shopping complex is located just beside the hotel. Conveniently, it became a mall to go to for food and groceries shopping.
Well appropriated mall in which one can mostly find what they are looking for.
There is quite a number of food offerings available within the mall itself, from Japanese to Italian to local food. There is a food court at the lower level as well and fast food like KFC is located right at level one. There’s a supermarket where one can get all the daily necessities conveniently.
Not much crowd when I was there on a weekday.

We ordered for takeaway and only upon arriving home, we noticed 2 of the items are not as per our order and one missing. I called to the restaurant to inform the situation. The staff was very helpful. She took my check number and acknowledge the issue immediately. She asked whether I will be able to go collect the items but I told her it will be a hassle. She offered to prepare the items which were missing and incorrectly packed and Grab it to my home address. She called back to inform she couldn't get a driver even after trying a few e-hailing companies (it was raining). She apologized for the delay and inform she will try to send the food soonest possible. After about 20-30minutes, she called to inform it is not possible to get a rider at all. She again apologize again and informed she has requested her colleague to send the food to me instead. She has also included 2 drinks and a nacho as a token for the delay. I felt bad about it and told her if it is too much of a hassle, just don't bother about it. She insisted it was a mistake from the restaurant, and they will send the food. I am really impressed with the level of customer service provided. Although the food arrived really late, I have to say it is a five stars service that the staff has provided. I would like to say a big thank you to the staffs for the great service and effort to follow up and ensure food is delivered. Kudos to your team!

Nice setup with privacy. Food was served at good speed. Nothing missing from the order. Attentive server.

Bad management!! Not worth it to visit! Sunway Lagoon is better, i don’t recommend to come here, the staff also complain about their duty

As this mall is located on the my way back home, I do stop by regularly after work.
This review is about the mall before MCO 3.0.
First, GSC cinema has a good choice of films then. There is an extreme park but indoors. Young people will want to try.
Lots of shops and eateries and not too busy during the weekdays. There is a Lotus's supermarket. The food court is half occupied but still has variety. Many eateries to choose from. Got food and drink kiosks as well.
All in all, worth a visit and it is not too crowded.

Огромный торговый центр!! Хорошие цены!огромный выбор фудкортов! И ресторан морепродуктов!Очень много брендов! Можно очень хорошо провести время с семьёй!

Will definitely visit for the Beef Quesadillas and the Mustard Burger to die for. I am beginning to believe Chilis menus taste better than TGI now.

servers were quick. Food came on time. The price was reasonable. The Mall is a very nice place and it is good for shopping.

Very nice fish and chips, special promotion. The employees are very friendly and attentive. The price is reasonable.

Any idea if any one of the stores in Paradigm Mall sell cheap pram.
Just need something for an upcoming trip so I don't have to bring mine.

We were actually staying at the New World Paradigm Hotel adjacent to the Mall so we personally never used the parking. However I think when we were dropped off our friend paid 18 myr to park.

that answer will be sunway. paradigm is an average place with minimal stocks of products but more on food. any ways sunway has more stocks.
